  • FOX CORPORATION; GEORGE MURDOCH (A/K/A “TYRUS”); JENNIFER RAUCHET; JOHN FINLEY; and MONICA MEKEEL
Case 1:19-cv-11294-PAE Document 75 Filed 12/18/20 Page 1 of 48 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK BRITTANY MCHENRY, Plaintiff, 19 Civ. 11294 (PAE) -v- OPINION & ORDER FOX NEWS NETWORK, LLC; FOX CORPORATION; GEORGE MURDOCH (A/K/A “TYRUS”); JENNIFER RAUCHET; JOHN FINLEY; and MONICA MEKEEL, Defendants. PAUL A. ENGELMAYER, District Judge: This case involves claims of sexual harassment brought by a television personality. Plaintiff Brittany McHenry (“McHenry”) alleges that, while employed as such on a Fox News Network, LLC (“Fox News”) show, she was subjected to sexual harassment by her co-host, George Murdoch (“Murdoch”). She further alleges that as a result of reporting this harassment, she was subjected to retaliation by Fox News, its parent corporation, Fox Corporation (“Fox Corp.”), and Murdoch. McHenry brings claims of sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and retaliation under the New York State Human Rights Law, New York State Executive Law § 296 et seq. (“NYSHRL”) and the New York City Human Rights Law, New York City Administrative Code § 8-502(a) et seq. (“NYCHRL”). McHenry further alleges that three officials at Fox News Channel—John Finley (“Finley”), a Vice President; Monika Mekeel (“Mekeel”), a Human Resources representative; and Jennifer Rauchet (“Rauchet”), an executive producer—aided and abetted the sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Fox News has not moved to dismiss the claims against it. But the Court has received two such motions: one from Fox Corp., Finley, Mekeel, and Rauchet; and the other from Murdoch. Case 1:19-cv-11294-PAE Document 75 Filed 12/18/20 Page 2 of 48 For the following reasons, the Court grants the motion to dismiss the claims against Fox Corp., Finley, and Mekeel; grants in part and denies in part the motion to dismiss the claims against Rauchet; and denies in its entirety Murdoch’s motion to dismiss.

Among these Japanese American transnational migrants, 10,000-20,000 returned to the United States before the outbreak of Pearl Harbor in December 1941 and became known as Kibei (“return to America”). Tracing the transnational movements of these second-generation U.S.-born Japanese Americans complicates the existing U.S.-centered paradigm of immigration and ethnic history.

NOTE: "The list below is available on the internet. A random sampling of the names were found to be generally accurate. Since the source is the internet, the reader is advised to also authenticate. The link is: http://www.subvertednation.net/jew-lists/ The below link from the Jewish Virtual Library contains many of the names identified on pages 36 – 38. http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/US- Israel/obamajews.html Jewish Influence: An Introduction We have been accused of having “Jew on the brain”; of being negatively obsessed with the Jews, and of being “anti-Semitic.” Yet Jewish influence over the affairs of the world are undeniably powerful, far out of proportion to their numbers. Their role in shaping public opinion through their media interests, and their mastering of the world of business and trade is pivotal to the world economy. As a group they are the most successful in terms of income and wealth and they have reached the highest echelons or the pinnacle of power in every field. Jews are the masters of Hollywood, they are the masters of all forms of media, radio, and television. They are masters of trade and commerce and banking, medicine, and law. The following lists we believe prove this reality. Jewish Lists The lists below are available on the internet. A spot check of several of the names found it to be generally accurate, though we cannot vouch for ALL of the names, and some titles may be out of date. The second list claims to be updated in 2012. They are followed by quotes on Jewish control.

To the Department of Labor: Millions of Americans are counting on their 401(k)s and retirement accounts, and many depend on investment professionals for guidance in managing these complex plans. We should be able to trust our financial advisers to put our interests first. But the current rules make it easy for unscrupulous advisers to line their own pockets at our expense. It's time to close this loophole and insist that the professionals who present themselves as honest retirement advisers actually give honest advice, instead of a sales pitch disguised as advice. It's difficult enough to save for retirement without having to contend with advisers who put their interests ahead of ours. I'm counting on you to close this loophole now.
