• Shen Lihui, Founder and CEO Mr. Shen is the Founder and CEO of Modern Sky Entertainment, Ltd. Formed in 1997, Modern Sky Entertainment is the leading music entertainment company in mainland China. Modern Sky Entertainment companies include China’s largest independent record label, Modern Sky Records; Modern Sky Concerts, mainland China’s largest festival and concert event producer; Sky Image Studios; Modern Sky Films; Modern Sky Books; M2 Artist Management; Modern Sky Publishing; Mod In Mod; Mlive Ticketing; and Musicb2b. Lihui is also a member of the popular rock band Sober and is a judge on Hunan television show Happy Girl, China’s version of Pop Idol. In it's recent 40th Anniversary special edition issue, Time Out Beijing featured Mr. Shen among it's list of "40 Heroes” of the past forty years. Mr. Shen is a graduate of the prestigious Beijing Arts and Crafts Institute (Beijing Gongyi Meishu Xuexiao). • Zhou Jianan, COO and Government Relations Advisor Zhou served nearly ten years at The Ministry of Education as Operations Manager of a state- owned assets management company. He was later appointed to the S.D.I.C. (State Development and Investment Corporation), one of the largest state-owned enterprises under the direct guidance of the central authorities in China. At S.D.I.C., he served as Operations Director of Haidian Park Exhibition Hall, site of the annual Modern Sky Festival. Jianan joined Modern Sky Entertainment in 2010. He has a B.S. degree from Xi'an University where he majored in Finance and Investment, and a Masters degree in Forestry and Ecology from Beijing Forestry University.

• Shen Yue, Director of Business Development• Mr. Yue serves as Director of Business Development for Modern Sky Entertainment. Shen’s main responsibility is managing sponsorship partnerships with brands including Motorola, Converse, Hermes, Quiksilver, Myspace, Crocs, Mercedes-Benz, Shanghai Auto, Jagermeister, Absolut, Kirin, Renren, Diesel, Dell, HP, Red Bull, and many others. Prior to joining Modern Sky Entertainment, Shen spent nearly a decade at Motorola. In his most recent position there, Shen worked closely with agencies including Ogilvy, H-Line, and Mindshare to develop Motorola’s mobile business communications strategy as Marketing Communications Manager. Mr. Yue has a B.A. in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).
• Michael LoJudice, General Manager, Modern Sky U.S.A., Caoker Mr. LoJudice is the General Manager of Modern Sky Entertainment, USA and Caoker, China’s only music-dedicated social networking platform. Prior to joining the Modern Sky Entertainment staff in Beijing in 2006, Michael spent ten years in the U.S. music and internet technology industries, primarily in New York City.
