The Corridor Improvement Programme (CIP) is a key part of our West Yorkshire Plus Transport Fund programme. We have been leading our region in the identification of Mobility Hubs as part of the CIP programme and have progressed to the point of an approved Outline Business Case having identified £500,000 for the delivery of Mobility Hubs in the CIP area. As such we are in a position where we have it formally agreed that these monies will progress towards Full Business Case with the principle that CIP can fund Mobility Hub related works. We are therefore happy to state that in principle £500,000 of the Calderdale transport capital programme can be considered as match for the Mobility Hub element in the Leeds City Region Future Mobility Zone bid.
