MENU TASTING The future wedding couple is invited to taste the chosen menu in our restaurant “Le Huit” Upon reservation only and at least 30 days prior to the reception.

TERRACE AND PARC During the wedding reception, the invitees have access to the terrace belonging to the reception space as well as to the vast park on the shore of Lake Geneva. (from 60 persons)

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We are at your disposal and happy to create a personalized menu for any possible dietary restrictions of your guests.

CHILDREN

Upon your wishes, we adapt the quantity served on our menus for the children. For children, up to 12 years old, take advantage of the prices below corresponding to our packages:

Gold Package: CHF 46.-, including water and soft drinks Diamond Package: CHF 58.-, including water and soft drinks Platinum Package: CHF 68.- including water and soft drinks and snacks

Nevertheless, our chef is happy to create a special menu for children up to 12 years old. For the children’s entertainment, we set up a cinema corner with chairs and a 65 inch TV. Please bring your own device and movies (computer, ipad etc).

ACCOMODATION

On request and subject to availability we offer exclusive prices to your guests wishing to stay at La Barcarolle.

CORKAGE FEE

Swiss wine: CHF 30.- per bottle of 75cl Foreign wine: CHF 35.- per bottle of 75cl Champagne: CHF 70.- per bottle of 75cl

Price per magnum bottle and others: Price upon request

Please deliver the goods at least 3 days before the event and make an appointment for the delivery.

COCKTAILS

For the open-bar and for your apero, add Caipirinhas and Mojitos at CHF 75.- per liter.

TAILOR YOUR WEDDING

If you are less than 50 adults or if our wedding packages do not meet your requirements; we are more than happy to organize your event as you wish. Information and prices available upon request.

WEDDING CEREMONY

We propose to hold your wedding ceremony facing the Alps on the shores of Lake Geneva. We are at your disposal for any information. Basic rate: CHF 2’500.- (chairs, covers, privatization for 2 hours) This option is not applicable in case of rainy weather
