B SOCIAL SERVICES AND HOUSING B-1 2013-01 Re: South West Local Health Integration Network Behavioural Supports Ontario Long Term Care Home Staffing Resources Recommendation That County Council approve an increase to the Woodingford Lodge 2013 Business Plan Full Time Equivalent Count from 126.49 to 127.26 (total increase of .77) to utilize the 100% South West Local Health Integration Network annual funding increase of $67,278, which is specific to the Behavioural Support Ontario initiative. Recommendation That Oxford County Council hold a public meeting pursuant to Section 17(15) and Section 51(2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, to consider an application for Official Plan Amendment (File No. OP 12-06-6) and an application for draft plan of subdivision (File No. SB12-03-6); and further, That County Council approve the application by ATSA Corporation Inc. to redesignate the subject lands from “Industrial” to “Residential” and “Low Density Residential” to permit the development of a residential plan of subdivision. That County Council approve Official Plan Amendment No. 172 to the County of Oxford Official Plan and raise the necessary implementing by-law. That County Council, at its regular meeting of January 23, 2013, give draft plan approval to a proposed residential subdivision submitted by ATSA Corporation Inc., prepared by McNaughton Hermsen Britton Clarkson Planning (dated July 25, 2012), for lands described as Part Lot 260 and Lots 261, 266, 267 and 268, Registered Plan 717, and located on the west side of Whiting Street, between Chisholm Drive and Thomas Street in the Town of Ingersoll, subject to the conditions included in Report No. C-1 2012-341 being met before final approval for registration. C-2 2013-1 Re: Application for Official Plan Amendment OP 12-04-8 – City of Woodstock Recommendation That Oxford County Council hold a public meeting pursuant to Section 17(15) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, to consider an application for Official Plan amendment for Application No. OP 12-04-8 (City of Woodstock); and further That County Council, at its regular meeting of January 9, 2013, approve an application by the City of Woodstock to amend the County of Oxford Official Plan to implement policies for regulating the location of methadone clinics and methadone dispensaries in the City of Woodstock. That County Council approve Official Plan Amendment No. 171 to the County of Oxford Official Plan and raise the necessary implementing by-law. D PUBLIC WORKS D-1 2013-03 Re: Tender Award – Oxford South Transmission Watermain Recommendation That County Council award a contract to Birnam Excavating Ltd, the low bidder, in the amount of $1,585,356.20 plus HST, for the Oxford South Transmission Watermain project.
