Lãnh đạo cấp cao của Lào và Campuchia đều đặc biệt coi trọng quan hệ với Việt Nam. Mai. Buổi lễ diễn ra tại BV Bạch Mai (Hà Nội). Đây là các cơ sở và nền tảng vững chắc, lâu bền để thúc đẩy và mở rộng các lĩnh vực hợp tác.
