The foundation is made of coursed stone with brown aluminum siding and corner boards on the elevations above. Centered on the south façade is a two‐story gable with tripartite double‐hung windows and white trim in the first and second story. East of the south gable, the south roof slope extends down to the first story, covering the enclosed entry porch. Concrete steps with a metal balustrade lead to the centered entry with a row of windows wrapping around the southeast corner. On the west elevation is a two‐story gable with rows of coupled divided light casement windows in the first and second story. A two‐story gable is centered on the east elevation with a one‐story half‐hipped entry on the north elevation of the east gable. South of the east gable, on the second story, is a double‐hung window with a pointed arch upper sash. The irregularly shaped hipped roof with lower cross gables is covered in asphalt shingles. The foundation is made of stone with white aluminum siding on the elevations above. Centered on the south façade is a one‐story gable roof enclosed entry with concrete stairs. On the second story above the gabled entry is a rectangular louvered window. One bay of louvered windows is in the first and second story of the east and west gables. The parallel oriented gable roof with overhanging eaves is covered in light gray asphalt shingles. On the south façade are two gable wall dormers with louvered windows. North of the east gable is a concrete entry stoop covered by an arched metal awning. Washington Ave. Historic Name: N/A Date of Construction: ca. 1860 Current Owner: Schlecte, William M & Laura Parcel Number: 3‐010000000 Property Type: Multi‐Family Residential Style: Greek Revival Description: A two‐story multi‐family residential Greek Revival on the north side of West Washington Avenue with concrete stairs leading from the sidewalk to the level of the building. The foundation is made of stone with a brick overlay on the south façade. All elevations are covered in white aluminum siding with white corner boards. On the south façade are two bays on the first story and three bays on the second story. At the southwest corner is a one‐story gable over the projected entry with concrete stairs, pilasters, shutters, and rafter tails. In the southeast bay on the first story is a square bay window flanked by shutters. Above the square bay is a half‐hipped roof that connects to the gable entry and wraps around the southeast corner with rafter tails underneath. Three double‐hung windows with flanking shutters are on the second story of the south façade. The east elevation has two bays on the first and second story. On the north end of the first story is a one‐story canted bay window with inset wood panels, an entablature, and a half‐ hipped roof. North of the one‐story canted bay window is a one‐story addition with a roof deck and wood balustrade on top. An exterior wood staircase leads to the roof deck. On the west façade is a one‐story hipped roof addition with single and coupled double‐hung windows. South of the one‐story addition are bulkhead doors for access into the basement. The front facing gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles with white frieze boards and rafter tails under the overhanging eaves. West of the main building is a parallel oriented gable roof outbuilding with an entry door and garage door on the south elevation. Contributing: Yes 604 W. Washington Ave. Historic Name: N/A Date of Construction: ca. 1925 Current Owner: Jamieson, Gail Parcel Number: 3‐017700000 Property Type: Residential Style: Colonial Revival Description: A two‐story residential Colonial Revival on the north side of West Washington Avenue with concrete stairs leading from the sidewalk to the south entry. The foundation is not visible from ground level. Elevations to the south and east are covered in brick with brick quoins while the west elevation and additions are covered in light blue vinyl siding. On the south façade is an open pedimented entry painted blue with cornice returns, side entablatures, freestanding columns, pilasters, and concrete steps. A paired divided light casement is on the second story above the pedimented entry. Other windows on the south façade include double‐ hung nine‐over‐one and coupled paired divided light casements, all with brick sills. On the west elevation is a two‐story attached garage addition with light blue siding on all elevations of the addition and two roll garage doors on the south facade. The garage doors open into the foundation with the second story of the garage addition level with the first story of the main building. Between the garage addition and the main building, east of the garage doors, is a brick retaining wall. A one‐story flat roof addition, covered in light blue vinyl siding, is on the first story of the east elevation. On top of the flat roof addition is a roof deck with a metal balustrade. The parallel oriented gable roof on the main building and the garage addition are covered in asphalt shingles. Rafter tails are under the overhanging eaves of the main roof. Contributing: Yes 614 W. Washington Ave. Historic Name: N/A Date of Construction: ca. 1910 Current Owner: Moore, Albert & Prestine Parcel Number: 3‐017500000 Property Type: Residential Style: Italianate Description: A two‐story residential Italianate on the northeast corner of Third Street and West Washington Avenue with concrete steps leading from the sidewalk to the level of the building and a stone retaining wall around the property. The foundation is made of stone with red brick on the elevations above. Three bays are on the first and second story of the south façade. On the western first story bay is a barrel vault covered entry with a projecting cornice and frieze board. Freestanding columns support the barrel vault on a brick and concrete stoop. The entry door is flanked by divided sidelights and wood inset panels with an arched radial divided transom above. In the other bays on the south façade are four‐over‐four double‐hung windows with arched upper sashes, brick sills, black shutters, and decorative arched brick windows hoods. On the east façade is a two‐story red brick addition with ribbon windows and a shed roof. At the northeastern end of the east addition is an entry covered by a metal awning. Three bays are on the northern half of the west façade. In the center bay on the first and second story are doors with straight stone lintels and sills. The door on the first story gives access to the brick and stone porch with a metal balustrade while the second story door does not lead to anything. Four‐over‐four double‐hung windows with arched upper sashes, shutters, stone sills, and brick arched lintels are in the other bays on the west elevation. On the north elevation is a one‐story hipped roof addition. The perpendicular oriented gable is covered in asphalt shingles. Contributing: Yes 710 W. The foundation is not visible from ground level. Brick and tan stucco with half timbering covers the elevations. On the south façade are two parapet gables covered in tan stucco on the east end of the façade. The easternmost gable projects out from the brick on the first story below with brackets underneath and a coupled nine‐over‐one double‐hung window in the second story. Below the projecting gable is a triple nine‐over‐one double‐hung window with a stone sill. In the second gable on the south façade is a large double cross fixed window with stucco in the gable. Below the double cross window is half timbering and two fixed square windows with a continuous stone sill. West of the parapet gable is a one‐story covered entry porch. The side walls of the entry have half timbering and stucco on the lower half with a lathe turned balustrade above.
