PEE WEE, BANTAM AND MIDGET “FINAL SIX” TEAMS DECIDED

TORONTO, ON – July 22nd, 2018 – The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) announced the final six “A” teams remaining in the Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget divisions. The final standings were decided by a preliminary round robin qualifying event that separates the top 16 teams in each division into two pools. Within each pool, the three teams with the best record over the course of the event progress into their respective provincial championships. In the Pee Wee and Bantam divisions, the top six teams will play in the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s Final Six Provincial Championships, while the top six teams in the Midget division will compete as part of the 2018 Ontario Summer Games. In the Pee Wee division, the final six teams are Oshawa Blue Knights, Orangeville Northmen, Kitchener-Waterloo Braves, Oakville Hawks, Whitby Warriors and . These teams will compete for the Pee Wee “A” Division Championship in Orangeville, ON beginning on July 27th. In the Bantam division, the final six teams are Orangeville Northmen, St. Catharines Athletics, Six Nations Warriors, Nepean Knights, Whitby Warriors and Oakville Hawks. These teams will compete for the Bantam “A” Division Championship in Orangeville, ON beginning on July 27th. In the Midget division, the final six teams are Brampton Excelsiors, Six Nations Warriors, Peterborough Lakers, Nepean Knights, Mississauga Tomahawks and . These teams will compete for the Midget “A” Division Championship in London, ON as part of the Ontario Summer Games, beginning on August 2nd.
