Opening of an Interpretation Centre in the former ACCESS presbytery of Montmaurin, in the centre of the village. Reception area and presentations of the Montmaurin area and collections of archaeological artefacts found there, particularly those from the two Gallo-Roman villas of Lassalles and La Hillère, which form the visitor circuit, proposed by the Centre des monuments nationaux, in the municipality. Grâce aux témoins de cinq nappes alluviales, la Niche, Montmaurin, édifiées par la Garonne et ses affluents, dont les traces sont visibles dans les environs Haute-Garonne, France, du karst, il est possible de dater le remplissage de ces diverses cavités. Tous sont repaire de carnivores postérieurs à l’édification de la basse terrasse « mindélienne ».
