2014/15 Calgary Youth Services Guide calgary.ca | contact 211 The Calgary Youth Services Guide is a publication of The City of Calgary Community & Neighbourhood Services. It contains a listing A of agencies and organizations that provide programs and services for youth. There is no general agreement as to what age defines someone to be either a youth or a young adult. Turning 18 does not necessarily mean that one is suddenly no longer a youth or that one has instantly YEC helps Calgary become an adult. The service information in the Guide is based on youth ages 15-24 the assumption that a ‘youth’ can be anywhere between the ages of 15 to 30.
