Dear Mr Church,

In this response we have provided you with the information that we are able to including:

1) Itinerary/programme (please see document attached) We have attached an electronic copy of the programme and here below additional information on optional tours that took place on Sunday 21 October tours that were not included in the programme.

2) The full guest list of the event (see below). Note that due to General Data Protection Regulation we are unable to publish the names of attendees but have provided the organisations

3) A link here to the GPM Summit final report, declaration and video (minutes were not taken but this provides a summary).

With regards to the information you have requested on Bristol City Council costs, full lists of partners and sponsors and financial contributions of funding by 2nd and 3rd tier parties, your response has been treated as a request for an internal review.

Upon further consideration, we can confirm that your request has been rejected on the grounds that s.22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is engaged – information intended for future publication. As stated previously, the figures have yet to be finalised and will be released at such time as they have been. We anticipate this to be by the end of this month. Given the relatively short time frame within which this information will be finalised and available for publication, combined with the fact that the release of potentially incorrect figures prior to that would be misleading, we are of the view that it is reasonable to withhold the draft figures.

You will start at our world leading business accelerator, SETsquared, located in the Engine Shed a technology SME hub hosted in Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s original train station. You will visit the City’s Integrated Operations Centre and finish at Bristol’s Cultural Cinema and Digital Creativity Centre, the Watershed, located in an old warehouse on the harbourside.
