Liverpool City Council would advise as follows –

1. With regard to Hill Dickinson, they have worked for the Highways Major Projects team on the following schemes:

• LCCC2 – NLR – lease agreement and licence with Peel • LCCC1 – Churchill Way Flyovers – lease agreement with LJMU

2. No payments have been made by Liverpool City Council to either SSC or related companies. Liverpool City Council did not procure nor have we contracted with SSC or related companies. Amey Consulting procured SSC as they are part of their supply chain. It is a matter for Amey as to which companies or individuals they choose to contract with.

Amey Consulting procured SSC as they are part of their supply chain. It is a matter for Amey as to which companies or individuals they choose to contract with. Several meetings have taken place between SSC on behalf of Amey Consulting and the City Council in relation to various projects such as the Churchill Way Flyovers and the Highways Investment Programme. However, as detailed above, SSC were engaged as Amey’s sub-contractor and there was no contractual relationship between SSC and the City Council.
