The Company also owns and operates the Nashville Superspeedway near Nashville, Tennessee, Gateway International Raceway near St. Louis, Missouri and Memphis Motorsports Park in Memphis, Tennessee. These facilities promote major events sanctioned by NASCAR, NHRA and IRL. In addition to owning and operating fixed racing facilities, the Company also operates the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, now in its 31st year, which takes place in the streets of Long Beach, California.
