Ms. Debbie Hall 3529 Honeysuckle Avenue

Chino Hills, CA 91709

Subject: Peyton Drive/Eucalyptus Avenue Improvements

Dear Ms. Hall: Thank you speaking with me regarding your concerns for equestrian access along Peyton Drive in the vicinity of Eucalyptus Avenue.

In answer to your questions, the preliminary plans for street improvements will create a multi-purpose trail along the extension Eucalyptus Ave. from Peyton west to the intersection of Galloping Hills Rd. The multi-purpose trail will also extend along the west side of Peyton Dr. north of Eucalyptus Ave. to connect with existing trails at the McCoy Equestrian and Recreation Center. I have enclosed an exhibit which shows the planned alignment.

As we discussed, the Public Scoping meeting held on May 12 was the first is a series of public meetings the City will hold regarding this project. I will add you name to our mailing list for notification of future meetings. In the meantime, feel free to contact me at (909) 364-2856 should you have further questions.

Sincerely,
