McCosker, slated to play as a long stick midfielder this season, earned First Team All-WILA honors last year as a defender after recording 25 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers to go along with three goals and two assists. The 6-foot senior hails from Concord, Calif. The 2015 campaign, which is the WILA’s fifth, will begin a new era for the association as the two California-based programs (Dominican University and Notre Dame de Namur University) decided to leave the organization following the 2014 campaign. Additionally, Adams State and Colorado Mesa both have new head coaches in Jason Levasque and Vince Smith, respectively. CSU-Pueblo will be guided by Sean Blair in the ThunderWolves’ initial season while Kevin Kelley will guide Rockhurst after founding the Hawk program last year. Although the faces may be new, the association schedule format and championship determination methods will remain the same, as once again, the WILA championship will be determined by a 6-game association regular season schedule in which each of the four members will play each opponent twice - home and away.
