This report to Alberta Environment attempts to determine whether there is a linkage between these activities and water quality in these three rivers and documents baseline water quality prior to the implementation of an access management plan by the Alberta Government. Water quality monitoring of these rivers was conducted by Alberta Environment during 2004 and 2005. Continuous measurements of turbidity (as a surrogate for total suspended solids), pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and temperature were taken in Waiparous Creek, upstream at the Black Rock Trail and downstream at the Department of National Defense base from early May to late July, 2004.

Administration: • The Engineer for our DRP claims was here on Monday to visit all of the sites. • The Alberta Environment people for the flood mitigation plan were here last week to tour the creek berms and trash racks. Surveying will start in a few weeks. Finance: • We have been getting lots of questions on the taxes and especially on the Utility bills.

She also represents the Great Dane and Gentle Giant Club which is 100 strong and indicated that a dog park is not safe for a large group of giant breed dogs, she is asking the golf course, the area next to golf course, Thompson Lake and Cache Percotte remain off leash. Ms. Dresdan spoke to hybrid breeds; there is no consideration given to wolf mix dogs as their vaccinations are not fully effective.
