ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL AYUNTAMIENTO DE 79 VILLAVICIOSA DE ODÓN RÉGIMEN ECONÓMICO No habiendo podido notificarse mediante correo certificado con acuse de recibo, inten- tadas en su caso, al menos, por dos veces, las notificaciones indicadas en el punto 1 por cau- sas no imputables a esta Administración Local, relativas a los sujetos pasivos, obligados tri- butarios, representantes o administradores que se relacionan seguidamente, se procede a citar a los mismos mediante el presente anuncio en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID para serles notificadas en su presencia y darles conocimiento del contenido íntegro del acto, según establece el artículo 112 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tri- butaria. Al efecto se comunican los siguientes extremos: 1. Las notificaciones pendientes de realizar son las relativas a la notificación de las pro- videncias de apremio dictadas por la tesorera de este Ayuntamiento, así como las providen- cias, diligencias y requerimientos propios de instrucción del procedimiento administrativo de apremio, referidas a deudas pendientes por diversos conceptos y ejercicios tributarios. 2. El procedimiento se tramita de acuerdo a la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria, Ley 39/1988 de Haciendas Locales, Ley 30/1992 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administracio- nes Públicas y Real Decreto 939/2005 por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Re- caudación. 3. El órgano responsable de su tramitación es el Ayuntamiento de Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid). 4. El lugar en el que los interesados deberán comparecer para ser notificados es el Ayun- tamiento de Villaviciosa de Odón, Servicio de Recaudación Ejecutiva Municipal, sito en la pla- za de la Constitución, número 1, de lunes a viernes, y de ocho treinta a catorce horas. 5. El plazo para comparecer será de quince días naturales, contados desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer.
