IST Light to moderate rainfall occured at many places over Chhattisgarh, and few places over East-Madhya Pradesh and at isolated places over West Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha. Thunderstorm occured at isolated places over Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Chief Amount of Rainfall In Centimeters are EAST MADHYA PRADESH:- Satna Sidhi--3 Rewa--2 WEST MADHYA PRADESH : Nil Vidarbha: Goregaon2 Amgaon.Salekasa 1 Chattisgarh : Raigarh (dist Raigarh) 3, Baikunthpur (dist Koriya) 3, Janakpur (dist Koriya) 2, Dongargarh (dist Rajnandgaon) 1, Surajpur (dist Surajpur) 1, Manendragarh (dist Koriya) 1, Champa (dist Janjgir) 1 Maximum temparature maximum temparatures Appereciably rose over Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha and No large change in maximum temparatures over Chhattisgarh. They were normal over Madhya pradesh,Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha. Akola recorded the highest maximum temperature of 36.0 degree Celsius. Minimum temparature No large change in Minimum temperaures over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. Monsoon Watch :- Monsoon been active over Chhattisgarh. Inference:- The axis of monsoon trough at mean sea level passes through Amritsar, Ambala, Budaun, Sidhi, Jharsiguda, centre of low pressure area and thence southeastwards to eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Under the influence of an upper air cyclonic circulation over northwest Bay of Bengal, a low pressure area has formed over northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal Odisha. Associated upper air cyclonic circulation and extends upto 9.5 km above mean sea level tilts southwestwards with height. The Western disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation over north Pakistan & neighbourhood between 3.1 & 3.6 km above mean sea level persists, with the trough aloft now runs roughly along Longitude of 74.0° E and north of 30.0°N. The east-west shear zone runs roughly along latitude 14.0°N at 7.6 km above mean sea level. Datia recorded the highest maximum temparature of 37.2 degree celsius.
