OLOMOUC 2018 Čestné prohlášení Prohlašuji, že jsem diplomovou práci vypracoval samostatně a použil jsem přitom jen uvedené prameny a literaturu. V Olomouci dne: 1. 8. 2018 Bc. Lukáš Prskavec 2 Na prvním místě chci poděkovat své rodině, zejména ženě Míše a dětem Nikolce a Natálce, za jejich pochopení a trpělivost, se kterou mi umožnily věnovat se sběru materiálu a psaní diplomové práce. Rovněž jim patří nezměřitelný dík i za jejich podporu v celém období mého studia. Celou dobu mi dávaly smysl, radost i povzbuzení. Dále chci poděkovat svému vedoucímu práce panu Mgr. Vítovi Hlinkovi Th.D. V průběhu celé mé práce mi byl pomocníkem v mnoha úskalích a velkou oporou mnohdy značně přesahující rámec vedoucího. Jeho rady, povzbuzení, trpělivost, věcnost a moudrost mi mnohokrát výraznou měrou pomohly při zpracovávání této mé práce. Velké poděkování chci též vyjádřit panu Mgr. Pavlu Černuškovi Ph.D. za jeho nezištnou a neocenitelnou pomoc při překládání a sestavování mnoha latinských textů. Především díky jeho lingvistickým schopnostem jsem mohl v této práci přednést mnoho latinských textů spolu s jeho českými překlady, čímž tato práce získala na své kvalitě. Dále chci též poděkovat ThLic. Mgr. Monice Menke Th.D. za její prvotní nasměrování k tématu a též za její zásadní pomoc při sbírání materiálu z katederní knihovny. Tato literatura mě provázela po celou dobu sepisování diplomové práce. Rovněž chci vyjádřit své upřímné díky doc. lic. Damiánu Němcovi, dr. a prof. JUDr. Antonínu Ignáci Hrdinovi, DrSc. za jejich velice cenný pedagogický přínos v oboru církevního práva, který jsem mohl v této práci zúročit. Také chci poděkovat všem svým přátelům, kamarádům a všem, kdo mě jakýmkoli způsobem podporovali či inspirovali během tvorby mé diplomové práce. A v neposlední řadě děkuji i všem pedagogům z Cyrilometodějské teologické fakulty v Olomouci. Během setkávání na přednáškách, seminářích a zkouškách mnohdy nezbyl dostatek příležitosti k poděkování, a tak to činím teď.
