Festive Sale at Metrojaya Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is valid from 15 June to 31 August 2016.

2. This Promotion is open to all new and existing Public Bank, Public Islamic Bank Principal and Supplementary Credit/ Debit Cardmembers including Day2Day Cardmembers residing in , including employees of the Public Bank Group, PB Subsidiaries, PB’s advertising agencies and their immediate families (“PB Cardmembers”).

3. PB Cardmembers will enjoy the following offers at all Metrojaya outlets:-  Spend with PB Card at Metrojaya & to redeem the Metrojaya Voucher at Customer Service Counter

Minimum Spending Amount Metrojaya Voucher RM300 – RM499.99 RM20 RM500 and above RM40 *Up to a maximum of 2 receipts

 Free 2 years Metrojaya Card Membership (worth RM20) with any spending at Metrojaya. Limit to 1 (ONE) Metrojaya Card Membership per Cardmember.

4. The Eligible Cardmember is required to present the original sales draft together with his/her PB Card for voucher redemption Customer Service Counter at:-

5. Only retail purchases made on the same day are qualified for the redemption.

6. Redemption is applicable to Eligible Cardmember only and no representative is allowed to redeem on behalf of the Cardmember.

7. Metrojaya Voucher/ Gift are non-exchangeable for upfront cash or kind and is bound by the Terms and Conditions of Metrojaya.

8. PB Cardmembers are required to present their PB Credit/ Debit/ Day2Day Cards upon ordering and payment must be charged to their PB Credit/ Debit/ Day2Day Cards.

General Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in this Promotion, the PB Cardmembers shall be deemed to have read, understood and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The Bank’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained. The Bank further reserves the exclusive right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) days prior notice at www.pbebank.com website.

2. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this Promotion

3. The Bank makes no representation or warranties and accepts any liability or responsibility relating to the offer of the promotion, in particular their quality and suitability for use, or the benefits.

4. The Bank’s prevailing Terms and Conditions governing the use of the PB Credit/ Debit Card and PB Day2Day Card shall continue to apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions herein.
