Enjoy more benefits with Galaxy S7 edge Terms and Conditions Duration The SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 EDGE SES LAUNCH OFFERINGS (“Promotion”) begins on 18th March 2016 from 10:00am (GMT +8) and ends on 31st May 2016 onwards (“Promotion Period”) at the Samsung Experience Shop (SES) nationwide. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice. How to Participate 1. Customer will be entitled for a 32GB Micro SD card (“Free Gift”) with every purchase of Samsung Galaxy S7 edge at SES nationwide, subject to stock availability, first come first serve basis and while stocks last during the Promotion Period mentioned above. 2. The Promotion is open to residents of Malaysia, 18 years of age and above (as of 18 March 2016) except the employees of the Organiser, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and not applicable to the Samsung distributors, dealers/resellers, retailers and its employees. Customers under 18 years of age are advised to obtain the permission from parent / guardian before participating in this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, customer is deemed to have obtained consent from parent / guardian. Terms and Conditions of Participation 1. The 32GB Micro SD is redeemable during this Promotion Period with every purchase of Samsung Galaxy s7 edge during the campaign period unless otherwise approved by Samsung. 2. The 32GB Micro SD is not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable or not transferable and cannot be used in exchange for other promotional items offered at the SES. 3. Organiser reserves the rights to change the Promotion with products of similar value in the event the Promotional Item which has been advertised is out of stocks/unavailable. 4. By participating in this Promotion, customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and decisions of the Organiser. 5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. 6. Organiser is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion including any costs or damages arising out of customer’s non-compliance of minimum age requirement as stated herein. By participating in this Promotion, customer agrees to release and hold the Organiser and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. 9. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision. Organiser’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 10. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Promotion (unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing by Organiser) and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings (whether oral or in writing). Except as specifically set out herein, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, no information of any nature about the Promotion or any of these terms and condition should be relied upon unless confirmed in writing by Organiser. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or part of a terms and condition or Condition does not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the terms and condition. 11. The failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies. 12. The Organiser may collect personal data of customers in the course of the Promotion as defined in Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (if any) including in the form of interviews, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (including via appointed service provider) taken during the Event. By participating in the Promotion, customer consents to the collection of such data which will be processed and used in accordance to Samsung Local Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html and/or to the extent permitted by the law. 13. These terms and condition are not intended to nor shall create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any person that is not a party to them. 14. These terms and condition shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with laws of Malaysia and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.     INVESTOR UPDATE 31 DECEMBER 2014 2014 TH QUARTERLY REPORT From The Desk Of The Chairman Dear Shareholders, We are pleased to announce that PPB Group’s revenue rose by 12% to RM3.7 billion for year 2014 mainly driven by growth in most of the Group’s core segments. PPB Group posted an unaudited proft before tax of RM1.03 billion for year 2014, down 3% from the year before. The lower proft was due to reduced proft contribution from Wilmar International Limited, lower income from investment in equities and losses in the packaging business reported within “Other Operations”. Most of the Group’s core segments achieved better results for year 2014. Proft for the year was RM938.9 million and earnings per share stood at 77.33 sen. The Board of Directors has recommended a fnal single tier dividend of 16 sen per share for the fnancial year ended 31 December 2014 subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
