RECEIVING MAIL MARKS – The cover at figure 18 was mailed from Israel to the Council of Europe. The interest- ing mark for Europa collectors is on the back of the cover. It was applied when the cover was forwarded from the Stras- bourg post office to the Council of Europe. Bidding on Ebay was at $6.
