Greenberg, Traurig New York, NY Contract Attorney Oct.-Nov.99 Researched intellectual property law involving internet commerce for Disney's subsidiary Infoseek. Researched auction sales and licensing laws of all fifty states and drafted letters addressed to all fifty states attorneys general advocating that cyberspace transactions are beyond the state's geographical jurisdiction. This position was accepted by some states. Also worked on a domain dispute involving shop.sportsline.corn.
