From our founding in 1921 by Charlie Ingebretsen, an immigrant from Norway, to the 2nd, 3rd, and now 4th generations of the Ingebretsen and Dahl families, we are proud to be a mainstay on Minneapolis’ East Lake Street, still a vibrant neighborhood where new immigrants come to make a start. We strive to be a place that fosters an appreciation for our cultural heritage by tending to traditions, and offering exceptional service and uniquely wonderful products.
