DNA tracking is the name of his game, and there are others interested in his proposal. But when the developer goes missing, Batman finds that his tracks stop in the city's violent Chinatown neighborhood, where a new deadly Triad gang has taken root. Batman joins forces with a new hero who's as dangerous as she is beautiful. When members of a secret order turn up dead and tortured in Gotham City's Chinatown district, I-Ching informs Batman that he fears an ancient relic is the target. Batman connects this case to that of a missing satellite architect. Ra's Al Ghul's father, Sensei, is back and seeks Batman: Eye of the Beholder mask known as the Beholder that grants immense power to its wearer. Sensei sends his henchmen after the Los and kidnaps Luki because they are somehow connected to the mask. He also kidnaps Lucius Fox who used to belong to a brotherhood that is also connected to the mask. After overcoming an ambush by Riddler and his daughter, Batman tracks down Sensei with the help of Catgirl but he is captured. An enraged Sensei slices the mask in half and attempts to kill them all but he is tackled by Batman and thrown out of the window. However, he managed to escape with a portion and seeks to reunite it once more. As Batman, Dick Grayson will be battling old Batman villains and also new ones. When teaming up with his sidekick Damian Wayne, he and Damian were chasing down the Reaper whom was still crazy and thought it was War World 2. When Dick found out what Kitrina was doing, he told her to leave the battle. Reaper took Catgirl by surprise and knocked her unconscious, but before he could kill her, Dick Batman: Eye of the Beholder Damian defeated him. After that, Dick asked Damian where Kitrina was and he replied that she escaped Batman: Eye of the Beholder the fight. Bruce confronts Dick and tells him that Catgirl is out of control and needs to be stopped from vigilante activities. Dick has a talk with Selina Kyle and Kitrina and manages to convince Katrina to cease vigilantism. Claiming she wants to revitalize the area, she tells both Grayson and Fox to inform Bruce about her offer of millions more than the property is worth. Hours later, Grayson notices she's following him. Offering him what essentially is a bribe of ten million dollars, Lo tells Grayson that she wants the deal done as soon as possible, as she suddenly needs to leave Batman: Eye of the Beholder country. She tells her driver to bring her brother to safety as she gives chase to the assassin. As Batman, Grayson catches up to Lo who is now in a vibrantly colored costume, both resembling and calling herself Peacock. They manage to escape and Peacock reveals that Sensei has kidnapped her brother for some unknown reasons and refuses to tell Dick. I-Ching confronts Batman and tells him that Sensei is after a mystical mask called the Beholder that grants Batman: Eye of the Beholder wearer immense power. Batman: Eye of the Beholder kidnaps Lucius Fox who he believes was a member of a secret brotherhood that knows of the Beholder's location. As Batman tries to find more clue, he eventually fall into the mercy of the Riddler and his daughter Enigma who beat him up very badly until Damian appears and helps him fight them off. Batman pays Reaper a visit and asks him about the people he was targeting in Chinatown. Reaper tells Batman to find the Chinese Butcher, Sensei, to save them all. Dick then goes to Catwoman's hideout and asks Catgirl to lead him where Reaper was hanging out but made her promise to return to Selina as soon as she was done. He enters the shop but is ambushed by Sensei and he has his men attempt to drown him along with Luki Lo, Lucius and Tam Fox. After saving the others, Batman fights off Sensei's men with the help of I-Ching. Sensei finds the Beholder in the abandoned Batman: Eye of the Beholder library of Gotham where he is delayed a bit by Peacock before Batman and the others appear to stop him. Background of the Study Nowadays the existence of self identity is one of important things for someone to show their own characters, power and to survive in many conditions. In development era there are so many influences and movement which is changing people personality and gender originality. At this time gender are able to show the equivalence, view, differences, patterns and other behaviors. So in order to hold the self existence and gender originality, people must prove their own power self such as woman with their feminine side and man with their masculinity. In our life feminity and masculinity are formed by the culture in some people environments. Feminity and masculinity are usually associated in certain cultures. It relates with the ideal role which is represented of masculinity and feminity it self. Each role should be obtained to maintain the predicate to be masculine or feminine. People's views about the masculine and feminine eventually become a standard to realize the establishment of the division in their respective roles, and then it will influence people to behave according to the role they want. In a case such as when a man wants to be masculine, they will do things that are associated with masculinity. Most men think masculinity is derived from the physical form which they must accentuate the athletic body, his gallantry and good-looking face. Actually masculinity is not only coming from that point of 1 2 view, but more likely in the role of responsibility of the man himself in action as well as they can face their problems, power to survive and do many good things.

Calvin Thomas ABSTRACT The Batman media franchise (comics, movies, novels, television, and cartoons) is unique because no other form of written or visual texts has as many artists, audiences, and forms of expression. Understanding the various artists and audiences and what Batman means to them is to understand changing trends and thinking in American culture. The character of Batman has developed into a symbol with relevant characteristics that develop and evolve with each new story and new author. The Batman canon has become so large and contains so many different audiences that it has become a franchise that can morph to fit any group of viewers/readers. Our understanding of Batman and the many readings of him gives us insight into ourselves as a culture in our particular place in history.

The film introduces the character of Harvey Dent, Gotham's newly elected District Attorney, and Bruce Wayne's childhood friend Rachel Dawes, who joins Batman and the police in combating the new rising threat of a criminal styling himself as the "Joker" (played by Heath Ledger). The Dark Knight was nominated for eight Academy Awards for the 81st Ceremony, breaking the record for the most nominations received by a film based on a comic book, comic strip, or graphic novel. It won two awards: Best Supporting Actor for Heath Ledger and Best Sound Editing.
