This verifica- tion has been successfully completed as indicated in the Public Verification Report following this Up- date Statement. 1.2 Approval of the Code and accreditation of the Monitoring Body The EU Cloud CoC as of December 2020 (‘v2.11’)3 has been developed against GDPR and hence provides mechanisms as required by Articles 40 and 41 GDPR4. As indicated in 1.1. the services con- cerned passed the verification process by the Monitoring Body of the EU Cloud CoC, i.e., SCOPE Eu- rope sprl/bvba5 (‘SCOPE Europe’).
