The company was established in 2010, located in Bogdanci, Republic of North Macedonia with the goal of producing fruits and vegetables in a completely natural environment on a 290 ha of land under renewable concession. The first ultra-modern orchard was built in 2012, with area of 15ha of apples and pears. To keep the perfect quality, the company has invested in a warehouse with ULO cooling chamber, led by a German R&D team of experts. The company owns modern technology, two cooling chambers and business facilities with total area of 1.565sqm (two warehouses in total area of 1053sqm and administrative premises with area of 512sqm) The premises are constructed on a 6.010 sqm of land (4.427 sqm of yard and 1.583 sqm under the building). The company has also established new technology process in late 2018 for production of apple juice under the name Franciska, with open market in Kosovo.
