Schools will, however, make sure that you have an opportunity to learn more about them, including opportunities for virtual tours. You will need to check each school’s website for further information. The visit was the first short inspection carried out since the school was judged to be good in March 2012. This school continues to be good. The ambition and culture of high expectations have been sustained since the last inspection. This is evident in the much-improved progress of Year 1 pupils who achieved extremely well in the 2015 phonics screening checks, the results of the Year 2 national tests and the GCSE examinations at the end of Year 11. Since the previous inspection, practice has been improved. You ensure that, in all phases, the rates of progress for pupils are at least good from starting points that are typically significantly below average when they enter the school. Your strong leadership and management of this growing school have led to staff working very well together under a cohesive team of senior leaders. All teaching staff are held to account for pupils’ achievement and welfare under the strategic direction of the Oasis Board and local governing body. Together, you all promote the Hadley Way, one of the distinguishing features of the school, by encouraging pupils to ‘aspire, achieve, care, and endeavour’.

    Transfer to Secondary School – September 2021 Places at all Enfield Secondary schools have been allocated in accordance with the published admissions criteria which can be found in the brochure ‘Your Guide to Secondary Schools in Enfield’. Accepting your offer If you applied online you can accept your place by logging onto your eadmissions account. You need to do this by 15 March 2021. We advise that you accept the place offered even if you wish to pursue higher preference schools, either through the waiting list or through the appeal process. Waiting lists All oversubscribed Enfield schools have waiting lists. With the exception of The Latymer School, your child’s name has automatically been included on the waiting list for any Enfield school/s that were a higher preference than the school you have been offered. Mulberry Bush is an Ofsted rated Outstanding Pre-school, that also provides afterschool and holiday provisions for the local community. Context for Role Oasis believes that every person matters and, as a result develops community hubs that meet people’s holistic needs – educationally, physically, spiritually, economically, environmentally and socially that can benefit the whole person and the whole community. This post will strategically link with Oasis Community Hub Hadley and be embedded within the local team.
