Our hotel is located at the legendary Copacabana Beach. Hotel: Pestana Rio Atlantica Meals: Breakfast DAY 3 – RIO DE JANEIRO – CHRIST STATUE & FAVELA VISIT We do the breathtaking journey up to the Corcovado and Christ statue and enjoy the breathtaking views of Rio. We eat a good Brazilian barbecue lunch together. Next door to some of Rio's finest neighborhoods there are large slums, favelas, widespread. It hosts over a million of Rio's population, and is home of most of all the samba schools participating in the large Carnival in Rio. We go around in a favela and meet the people who live here and get to know their everyday life. DAY 4 Departing from the domestic airport in Rio to Foz do Iguacu Iguazu waterfalls with English-speaking guide. The morning is devoted to the falls in the Brazilian side. We live beautifully located on an eco lodge in the rainforest on the Argentine side. Hotels: Lodge Meals: Breakfast DAY 5 – IGUAZÚ – WORLD WONDER (Aguas Grandes Tourism Agency) Iguazu Falls is nearly 3km wide and consists of 270 waterfall. The entire day is devoted to stroll along the well-ordered system of trails and observation sites included on the Argentine side. A highlight is the short train ride and subsequent hike to the Devil's Throat, "Garganta del Diablo". With luck observed in addition to countless colorful birds also coatis and kapucinapor. We take the road to the "Central Station" where we take a train that leads to 'Cataratas Station "and / or" Devil's Throat Station. " Another way to access the waterfalls circuits (Upper and lower path) is by footpath "Sendero Verde" (Green Route), 600 meters long, beginning at the Visitor Service Center and ends at the Cataratas Station. Range of difficulty: moderate, with stairs From this circuit, we have the opportunity to visit the Isla San Martin Island and loading / unloading of Big Adventure boat. Garganta del Diablo: From Cataratas Station, the train will take us to the Garganta Station, approx 18 minutes. Walking along the docks, we require about 1200 meters of delight from the balcony with spectacular greater fall Devil's Throat canyon. This tour requires two (2) hours.
