LEASE AT VILLAGE JAMBUGORAL OPPOSITE SURVY 118/1 IN MAHI RIVER BANK TALUKA DESAR/ SAVLI DISTRICT VADODARA, HECTOR 04.98.00 TA.VADODARA/5024 STAYING AT A-11 ASHSA-LATA-PARK KAMLANAGAR AJWA ROAD VADODARA As per the direction of honorable supreme court of India that lease of minor Minerals including their renewal for an area of less than five hectare are to be granted by the state/union territories only after getting environmental clearance from the MoEF. The MoEF vide OM dt.18th may-2012 in reference to above said order clarified that mining projects with lease area up to less than 50 ha. Including of project of minerals mines with lease area less than 5 ha. Would be treated as category “B” as defined in E.I.A Notification 2006 and will be considered by the respective S.E.A.C. As per the order of honorable National Green tribunal on 5th august-2013 “We restrain any person, company, authority to carry out of any mining activity or removal of sand, from river beds anywhere in the country without obtaining environmental clearance from MoEF/SEIAA and license from the competent authorities. All the deputy commissioners, superintendent of police and mining Authorities of all the respective state are directed to ensure compliance of these direction This is my humble request to you and honorable chairman and other respected committee members to considers our mines project in the category B and grant the EC for our proposed/existing BLACK RUBBLE STONE (Black Trap) -quarry lease Thanking you Yours Faithfully
