6 Financial Services (Implementation of Legislation) Bill [Lords]: Programme Motion made and Question put forthwith (Standing Order No. 83A(7)), That the following provisions shall apply to the Financial Services (Implementation of Legislation) Bill [Lords]: Committal (1) The Bill shall be committed to a Public Bill Committee. Proceedings in Public Bill Committee (2) Proceedings in the Public Bill Committee shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 28 February. 2 Votes and Proceedings: 11 February 2019 No. 250

(3) The Public Bill Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it meets. 7 Financial Services (Implementation of Legislation) Bill [Lords]: Money Queen’s Recommendation signified. Motion made and Question put forthwith (Standing Order No. 52(1)(a)), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Financial Services (Implementation of Legislation) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise: (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of: (a) any expenditure incurred by a Minister of the Crown, a government department or other public authority by virtue of the Act; (b) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable by virtue of any other Act out of money so provided; (2) any charge on the Consolidated Fund or the National Loans Fund, or any other charge on the public revenue, arising by virtue of the Act.—(Paul Maynard.)
