Partnering Dr Tahir, a philanthropist, Grab Singapore, Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) and the five CDCs launched the CDC Student Meals Scheme on 14 April up to 31 May. This scheme helped families with primary and secondary school students living in rental flats defray costs of buying meals during the circuit breaker.
