Service updates Location changes and community working Welcome to the 5th issue of our Hemel Hempstead redesign series. Previous location – Wolsey House. Status: Closed. Current locations – Urgent Care Centre, Hillfield Road A year has passed since we – Jobcentre Plus, Waterhouse Street implemented our first changes to St Albans our services and so far we have: Previous location – Vickers House. Status: Closed. Current location – Trinity Church Day Centre, Beaconsfield Road  moved all clinical services

into Hertford, Stevenage, Borehamwood Watford and Hatfield Previous location – Majestic House. Status: Closed.  moved over to community Future locations – Farrier’s Way Community Centre working in Hemel – Jobcentre Plus, Elstree Way Hempstead, St Albans and Borehamwood Letchworth Garden City  our workers have settled Previous location – Solutions House. Status: Closing on January 29th 2018. into their new specialised Future location – Jackmans Community Centre roles and teams  we offer open access & We are moving in to Jackman’s Community Centre on January 29th and triage appointments at the 4 offering appointments on Mondays (1.30 - 5pm), Tuesdays (9am – 5pm) hubs and triage can be done and Wednesdays (12pm - 8pm).
