Receipt of this Addendum shall be acknowledged in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject a bidder to disqualification. Invitation for Bid #3033: 1. Section VIII, Paragraph 17: Change the word “contractor” to “architect”. 2. Section VIII, Paragraph 18: In the first sentence, change the word “contractor” to “architect”. Drawings: 1. The extent of the roof screen and the walkway pads have been clarified. 4. Sheet P-102 – Partial First Floor Plan, Area - Sanitary: Note floor drain added in Men’s Toilet 102. 5. Delete the words “as defined in the Prime Contract Bid Package Descriptions.” b. Add “The estimated cost of the Building Permit is $10,135.80, based on an estimated cost of $2,900,000.00.
