SOCIETY'S OFFICE OLD POST OFFICE CHAMBERS, Pontypridd. The Investing Shares consist of three classes, viz., Subscription Shares, Single Payment Shares, and Fully Paid Shares. Subscription and Single Payment Shares. By the payment of such sums as are mentioned in the table, the member would receive the sum of £100 at the end of the term therein mentioned, together with a share of the profits. These Shares may be withdrawn at any time by giving one month's notice. Fully Paid Shares of £100 each (or any m1mber of tenths of a Share) may be taken, upon which Interest would be paid half-yearly (the present rate of Interest is £5 per cent.) in June and December; and which will participate in the profits of the Society ; but 'the profits will not be paid out until the Shares have been in existence for five years, at the end of which term the profits for the five years will be paid out, and if the member desires the Shares may com­ mence another similar term. These Shares may be withdrawn by giving three months' notice. BORROWERS. Advances are given promptly on the Security of Freehold, Leasehold, or Copyhold Properties. The Mortgage and Survey Fees are paid by the Society, except the Surveyor's Mileage. DEPOSITS. Sums of Money of £25 and upwards are received on Deposit bearing Interest at the rate of 5 per cent. per annum, payable half-yearly in June and December, and sbbject to three months' notice of withdrawal. SAVINGS BANK. - -SaVings Bank accounts may be opened and increased from time to time by payments of any amotmt ndt less than Five Shillings and not exceeding £25, at the convenience of the Depositors interest upon which is allowed at the rate of £3 15s. per cent. per annum, which is at the rate of 9d. in the pound each year. Office Hours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., except on Thursdays, when the Office will close at 2 p.m. On Saturdays the Office will be open until 8 p.m. For further particulars apply to the Secretary, MR. H. S.
