Dura-Cork SC; Fine granule synthetic rubber & cork blend with a bonded steel core. This material is fuel and oil resistant with a recovery rate that allows for removal and reinstallation. The steel core adds rigidity and does not allow lateral movement in applications that see high vacuum or high pressure environments.

MP-15; Hi-Performance short strand synthetic fiber with high rubber content allows for excel- lent flex-ability and low flange pressure seal-ability. This material reduces fluid wicking com- pared to cellulose fiber materials. High compressive strength greatly reduces extrusion, shear and tensile strain and exhibits excellent bolt torque retention. Non Stick designation has an easy release coating on both faces of the gasketing material reduces tearing for frequently re- moved items. With an above average intermittent temperature rating of 400˚F this is a very versatile material for many applications.

N-80; Reinforced cellulose fiber with a nitrile binder. Medium compress-ability and low swell with very good crush resistance at high flange pressures have made this material a staple in the automotive market. Temperature rated up to 350˚F.

N-80 PC; Same base material as above but with two facing pieces mechanically bonded to a perforated steel core. This allows the gasket to remain stable at increased thickness and gives lateral rigidity for the base material.

HMM; Hybrid material composed of multiple fiber types that are chemically blended with mul- tiple elastomer types to produce a High Performance Matrix material. The resulting benefits in- clude excellent flexability, low flange pressure sealing, good bolt torque retention and reduced fluid wicking. Continuous temperature rated to 400ºF.

HCF; Dense compressed fiber. This material is mainly used where there are two machined rigid mating surfaces such as casting to casting. As an added benefit this is coated with anti- stick on both faces of material for easy removal.

We manufacture ours from MP-15 a Hi-Performance synthetic fiber with high rubber content that allows for excellent flex-ability and low flange pressure seal-ability. This material reduces fluid wicking compared to non synthetic fiber materials. High compressive strength greatly reduces extrusion, shear and tensile strain and exhibits excellent bolt torque retention. Easy release coating on both faces of the gasketing material reduces tearing for frequently removed items. With an above average inter- mittent temperature rating of 400˚F there is no doubt this is a premium material. Accu- rate throttle bore and bolt hole locations give you a perfect fit every time.
