Page 58 3 ABOUT US MISSION As a private, nonprofit college, the mission of the institution is to transform lives and contribute to society by providing career-focused higher education opportunities that empower students to obtain successful employment, develop leadership skills, and serve their communities. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The College believes that our value in the community is measured by the students’ success. We continue through our mission to accomplish this by providing educational opportunities for our students through our commitment to the needs of the industry; therefore, we are dedicated to the accomplishments of the following objectives: ▪ To provide specialized educational services to impart graduates with competitive technical skills ▪ To provide in-depth education in technical programs for the direct entry of the graduate into the job market ▪ To assist employers by providing entry-level employees who are educated in the skills that meet the needs of the industry ▪ To assist the graduate on a local and national level in securing gainful employment in their chosen industry in addition to future positions according the graduate’s abilities, interests and skills HISTORY AND STATEMENT OF LEGAL CONTROL The College is an Oklahoman 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation operating under the control of Community HigherEd Institute. The college was established by Teresa Knox in 1995, originally as a for-profit institution, and then converted to nonprofit status in 2015 in order to further enhance the mission of the college, to expand educational opportunities to those who need it the most, and to increase commitment to the community. Public Charity Mission Statement The mission of Community HigherEd, is to advance the purpose of Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical College through active engagement, advocacy, fundraising, and stewardship. PHYSICAL FACILITY DESCRIPTION Community Care College (CCC) is located on the northwest corner of 43rd Street and South Sheridan Road in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The modern three- story structure is constructed of reinforced steel with a glass and aluminum façade with an interior area of approximately 66,000 square feet. Clary Sage College (CSC) is located on six acres off the Broken Arrow Expressway at Sheridan in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Equipped with a walking path and courtyard, the outdoor space is conducive to student fellowship. One of the largest schools of its kind in the United States, the multi-million dollar educational space is comprised of two floors. The three buildings comprising the Oklahoma Technical College (OTC) campus are situated on a nine acre tract located at 4444 South Sheridan Road, Tulsa. Student-to-instructor ratios have a maximum of 25 students per instructor in a lab environment. Student-to-instructor ratios average approximately 30 students per instructor in lecture and online courses. HOURS OF OPERATION The Colleges’ administrative offices are open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Numerous courses are available between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Course schedules are as follows: CCC Diploma Programs: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday or 9:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. Monday-Friday or 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday- Thursday or 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday or 9:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Monday-Thursday. CSC Diploma Programs: Monday -Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm or Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm or Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm or Monday - Thursday, 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm or Monday - Thursday, 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm or Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or Monday - Tuesday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Wednesday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Learners access primary content and instruction using a variety of tools from the Learning Management System. 4 APPROVALS & LICENSES Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical College are licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Colleges and are authorized by Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to offer Associate of Occupational Science Degrees. Clary Sage College is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering located at 2401 NW 23rd, Suite 84 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107 (405) 521-2441 Programs licensed: Barber, Basic Cosmetology, Esthetician, Nail Technician, Makeup Artist/Cosmetician, Hair Braiding Technician, and Master Instructor Clary Sage College is recognized as a National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) Assigned School. The College has approvals by, Vocational Rehabilitation, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Workforce Oklahoma, Better Business Bureau Accredited Business, and the United States Department of Education. Community Care College, Clary Sage College and Oklahoma Technical College are approved for Veteran’s Education. ACCREDITATION The College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).     Tulsa Community College 2013‐2014 Alumni Survey Report July 29, 2015 Executive Summary The purpose of this report is to present results from the 2013‐2014 Tulsa Community College Alumni Survey. The Alumni Survey is an instrument that is offered annually to students who have recently completed either a certificate or degree program. The purpose of the survey is to assess their employment and educational status after their program completion and also assess their most recent experience at Tulsa Community College. This report provides a summary of all survey responses for 2013‐14 graduates. Detailed results and response frequencies for each survey item are also presented in this report. 2,553 degrees and certificates were awarded to 2,367 graduates during the 2013‐2014 academic year (Fall 2013, Spring 2014, and Summer 2014). The credentials awarded to graduates include university transfer degrees (AA & AS) and workforce development degrees (AAS) and certificates, with the following breakdown of awarded degrees: o 65% were a university transfer degree (AA or AS). o 35% were a workforce development degree (AAS) or certificate. Alumni surveys were offered to all 2,367 graduates. A total of 195 surveys were returned completed, yielding an 8% response rate. Alumni were asked about their current educational objectives: o 63% of the respondents are continuing their education. o 11% plan to continue, but are not yet enrolled. o 19% do not plan to continue their education. o 8% did not respond to this question. Respondents were also asked about their current employment status: o 73% of respondents indicated that they are employed.

    Data and Trends on Transfer Tulsa Regional CollegeTransfer Repor Executive Summary The Tulsa Collaborative, consisting of Tulsa Community College (TCC), Oklahoma State University-Tulsa, Northeastern State University, the University of Oklahoma- Tulsa, Rogers State University, Langston University, and the University of Tulsa, was formed in July 2017, with the support of the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation. The formation of the Collaborative led member institutions to launch the Tulsa Transfer Project, designed to increase the number of students who attain post-secondary credentials in northeastern Oklahoma through enhanced transfer student success. The purpose of the Tulsa Transfer Project is to improve the outcomes for transfer students in the region. The project’s measurable goals are the following: 1.     Tulsa Community College 2015-2016 Alumni Survey Report September 19, 2017 Executive Summary This report summarizes the results of the 2015-2016 Tulsa Community College Alumni Survey. The survey is designed to assess the employment and educational status of graduating students six months after their program completion and most recent experience at Tulsa Community College. The survey also provides a method for graduates to evaluate their educational experiences in the context of life (e.g., work, continuing education, personal life) after their award. Of the 2,130 surveys distributed, 203 were returned yielding a 9.5% response rate. This report provides a summary of all survey responses received for 2015-16 graduates. Detailed results and response frequencies for each survey item are also presented. 2,302 degrees and certificates were awarded to 2,130 individuals during the 2015-2016 academic year. The credentials awarded to graduates include university transfer degrees (AA & AS) and workforce development degrees (AAS) and certificates, with the following breakdown of awarded degrees: o 67.0% were a university transfer degree (AA or AS). o 33.0% were a workforce development degree (AAS or certificate). Alumni were asked about their current educational objectives. o 58.6% of the respondents are continuing their education. o 16.7% plan to continue, but are not yet enrolled. o 22.7% do not plan to continue their education. o 2.0% did not respond to this question. Respondents were asked about their current employment status. o 74.9% of respondents indicated that they are employed. Of those reporting as employed: . 69.2% are employed full-time, 30.8% part-time.

    Tulsa Community College 2018-2019 Exit Survey Report September 16, 2019 Executive Summary Each academic year an Exit Survey is offered to all students applying to receive a certificate or degree from Tulsa Community College. The purpose of this report is to present the summary findings of the 2018-2019 Exit Survey, including the general demographics of students completing degrees and certificates during the year. The Exit Survey (Appendix A) is designed to shed light on the following questions: To what extent do students feel their experience at TCC contributed to their development of broad learning skills, analytical skills, interpersonal/relationship skills, and goal setting? How satisfied were students with the educational services and the interpersonal interactions they experienced at TCC? What were students’ goals for attending TCC and did they accomplish them? How do students rate their TCC experience compared to other institutions? What are students’ plans for future education and employment after graduation? In addition, students were asked to name specific individuals who were especially impactful during their time at TCC and to share additional comments related to their experience at the college. During the 2018-2019 academic year (Summer 2018, Fall 2018, Spring 2019), 2,782 certificates and degrees were conferred to 2,501 individual students. 43.0% of completing students were 18 to 24 years old, 63.3% were female, and 68.8% of awards were university transfer degrees (AA, AS). Of the students filing for graduation, 1,339 students completed the Exit Survey 2018- 2019, representing a 53.5% response rate. The following are a summary of the major findings of this survey.
