These burgers are made with wild caught sustainable fish from the USA. Salmon burgers are a great source of Omega 3’s and a creative spin on the classic American beef burger!

Serving Suggestions:

• Serve as a traditional Salmon burger • Serve Salmon burgers on bibb lettuce with a variety of sauces • Break into smaller sizes and use as a mini Salmon burger appetizer • Use on a gourmet bun as Salmon burger sliders • Feature as the main entree with fresh vegetables and rice • For a gourmet wrap with avocado and garlic aioli • Serve on a bed of pasta

Cooking Instructions:.

Saute (Pan Fry): Preheat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat. Remove thawed Salmon burgers from packaging. Carefully place thawed burgers in heated skillet. Saute for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn burgers over and saute for 5 to 6 more minutes or until . Drain before serving.

Grill: Place on a medium-hot grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side.
