Room Attendant - Multiple Seasonal Positions Apr. 1st – Oct. 1st This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms as well as addressing and following up on any guest concerns and acting as an ambassador for the hotel. Required Qualifications The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a proven attention to detail. Previous service and cleaning experience is preferred. Room Service Server: Multiple Seasonal Positions May 1st – Oct. 1st This position is responsible for providing friendly and efficient meal service to guest rooms within the hotel. Required Qualifications The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent verbal communication skills and two years recent serving experience in a fast paced environment. Food Safe and Serving It Right certification is required and Squirrel experience is an asset. Guest Services Agent: Multiple Seasonal Positions Apr 1st – Oct 1st This position is responsible for operations at the Front Desk, proactively managing the check in and check out process and ensuring the needs of Guests are met. Required Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also possess 2 years recent experience in a Hotel Front Office as well as the ability to resolve problems. World Host Certification and knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred. Bell Person: Multiple Seasonal Positions Apr. 1st – Oct. 1st This position is responsible for proactively guiding guests through through their arrival and departure to the hotel,addressing and following up on any guest concerns and acting as an ambassador for the hotel. Required Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent verbal communication skills and extensive knowledge of hotel products and services. Candidates must also possess a clean and valid class 5 B.C.
