1.10 Badge Application Badges for exhibitors include Exhibitor Badge, Move-in and Move-out Badge, Car Parking Badge for move-in and move-out time, Car Parking Badge in the exhibition time. Delegation organizers shall submit to CISMEF the total number of badges needed for exhibitors before September 11th and distribute badges to their exhibitors before the fair. Badges for construction workers and the vehicles used during the Move-in & Move-out period should be applied separately in advance. For detailed information, please let the construction contractors consult with the organizing committee directly. Delegations are welcome to invite their own visitors to take part in the 13th CISMEF. Visitors could apply for badges in advance or get free badge in the exhibition counter with valid certificate (ID card, passport, etc.)

Inspection and Quarantine

In order to facilitate foreign exhibitors to have their exhibits undergo customs and inspection procedures smoothly, in accordance with "Customs Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws, regulations and provisions, Guidelines for CISMEF 2016 exhibits in the customs declaration, inspection and quarantine were constructed for the exhibitors as references. The CISMEF Organizing Committee recommends China Highwin Limited, Joyhigh Shipping Ltd., Guangzhou Oncall Cargo, BALtrans International Cargo Ltd. Guangzhou Branch as freight forwarders for overseas exhibitors. These companies can enjoy some facilitation procedures in Guangzhou Customs, besides these companies, overseas exhibitors can also choose freight forwarders of their own responsibility for exhibits transportation safety.

4.1 Import exhibits clearance process

According to customs regulations, imported exhibits should be re-exported within 6 months after the date of entry, therefore the exhibits customs declaration include two processes, namely import and re-export. Exhibits customs declaration should be conducted by the owner of the exhibit or his authorized proxy.

1) The import process Import inspection and quarantine declaration of the exhibits – approved by Inspection and Quarantine Bureau – import customs declaration of the exhibits – checked at the Customs

2) Re-export process Re-export customs declaration of the exhibits – Checked and sealed at the Customs – the release and write-off of exhibits Certain commodities (especially food) may take longer to go through customs and inspection procedures, so early declaration and inspection are recommended. Exhibits should go through the standard declaration procedure, and please do not take the exhibits as your carry-on baggage or mail them, which may cause the exhibits to be detained at the customs thus losing the access to exhibitions.

69 Chapter V Booth Decoration Guidelines of PWTC EXPO

5.1 Notices for Standard Booth

1. Standard exhibition booths will be built freely by the official contractor appointed by the Organizing Committee.

2. Standard exhibition booths (3m x 3m=9 ㎡) will be equipped with three partition boards (only two boards for the end-row booth if exhibitors have no special requirements), an aluminum alloy square table, two chairs for negotiation, a banner board with both Chinese and English name of the exhibition company (two fascia boards for the end-row booth), a power socket (3A/220V, non-lighting electricity within 500 watts), two fluorescent lamps and a wastebasket.

3. If exhibitors order two or more than two connecting standard exhibition booths, the designated official contractor would remove partition board between two exhibition booths unless exhibitors have special requirements.

4. Name on the fascia board refers to the confirmation form made by the exhibition delegation organizer and extra cost should paid by exhibitors for temporary change.

5. Exhibitors shouldn’t change established standard exhibition booths by themselves, the requirement for changing the building mode should be approved by the organizing committee and should be finished by the official contractor, but exhibitors should pay the cost of rebuilding.

6. Before September 20th, the organizer of exhibition delegation should submit booth & banner name confirmation form (including fascia information and application for opening partition, form will be provided to delegation organizer) to the organizing committee. Exhibitors requiring for extra exhibition appliance, equipment, water, electricity and gas besides standard configuration should fill in respective forms to apply for official contractor before deadline. Official contractor will arrange the delivery of the equipment after confirming the payment. Overdue declaration should add 20% surcharge fee and declaration in the opening day should add 50% surcharge fee.

7. Exhibitors shouldn’t arbitrarily dismantle or shift all electrical facilities and equipment installed in standard booths and neither take them out of the exhibition hall.

8. Exhibitors must keep facilities and equipment of exhibition booths and all rented items in good shape. If there is any damage, exhibitors must be responsible for compensation.

9. Any modification on the base standard booths (such as arbitrary removal and change or connecting, hanging over, split joint and the like with personal materials) only can be carried out after the approval of the organizing committee and 80 yuan fee for each standard booth. Otherwise, official contractor is entitled to not providing power supply to the exhibitor and giving a double fine.

70 5.2 Notices for Custom-built Booth/Raw Space

1. Custom-built Booth/Raw space refers to special-designed exhibition platforms built on the raw space by the contractor entrusted by exhibitors and the organizing committee doesn’t provide any exhibition facilities and construction service to raw space exhibition booths.

2. Exhibitors should designate special decoration construction service providers or construction organizations, and must review their registration, construction qualification and engineering technicians in entrusting to forbid shell companies of no registration, qualification and engineering technicians to undertake the construction.

3. Detailed drawings (decorate rendering, plan drawing, elevation drawing, electric plan and distribution system diagram) should be provided to official contractor before September 20th for the construction of custom-built booths and the length, width, height, materials and electric facilities of booths should be clearly listed in the drawing for the review of exhibition hall and fire department. Construction could be undertaken only after the drawings have passed the review and construction certificate has been obtained.

4. Exhibitors should pay cost of electricity, gas and water for custom-built booths, put forward the application for official contractor before September 20th and pay the cost five days earlier in entering the exhibition hall. Overdue declaration and payment should add 20% surcharge fee and declaration in the opening day should add 50% surcharge fee.

5. Exhibitors should choose the officially recommended special decoration construction service providers as far as possible and must review their qualification if choosing others. Contractors should take full responsibility for the safety and quality of exhibition construction and should assume liability to pay compensation for personal injury and damage to property caused by exhibition booth collapse, falling objects, fire and the like.

6. Exhibitors or their contractors should bear the responsibilities for all disputes caused by stealing design drawings for construction.

7. Contractor should transact construction certificate in the Organizing Committee before entering the exhibition hall and construction personnel should enter and leave the exhibition hall with construction certificate.

8. It is necessary to wear helmet during the construction and accept the check of security personnel of exhibition hall at any time. Ladders and scaffold used in construction field must be fixed with rigid riveting at nodes and objects or persons on the top of climbing tools are forbidden when moving and wooden ladder is forbidden. 5.3 Rental Notice and Rental Prices If exhibitors have any rental requirement, they may apply for official contractor in advance or rent on site, and the delegation organizer may also declare as a whole in advance. If the exhibition delegation has a designated special decoration construction service provider, the service provider can be asked to prepare all exhibition appliances required in advance. 80 5.4 Move-in Notice

1. Delegation organizers and exhibitors shall make efforts to organize well and follow the arrangements of the CISMEF Organizing Committee.

2. It is suggested that exhibitors display their exhibits by using products, models, diagrams, pictures, light boxes and modern audio-electro-optic technology, etc. to create proper atmosphere and effects, and highlight their featured products.

3. Guideline for booth set-up

a) The following rules shall be followed for a booth with glass exhibits: a. Toughened glass shall be installed when the area of glass for the booth is over 2 m² or the height of the glass over 1.5 m; b. Toughened glass must be used over 1.5m high regardless of size. The installed glass must be batten, coded and shall not be used to sustain any weight.

b) The custom-built booth shall have two exits when the confined setting area is over 60 m²; At least one pit for electricity box inspection shall be reserved in each custom-built booth.

c) Electricity Supply: 3-Phase and 5-Wire, 380V/220V50Hz.

d) A safety distance shall be kept between booth and electricity box. The distance between the booth and the fire extinguisher shall be 1.5 m at least. Fire facilities must not be blocked and fire passages not be occupied. The electricity distribution box on the ground shall not be pressed or covered. If there be real need to make special decoration on the electricity distribution box on the ground, one or more than one flexible maintenance ports with larger size than the electricity distribution box shall be reserved, to ensure to open the electricity distribution box and fix the breakdown.

e) Nothing is allowed to be hung under the ceiling or any other fixed facility.

f) It is not permitted to damage or modify any equipment in the complex; no nail, screw or drilling is allowed to use in any part of the complex; if there be the need to paste, only non-residual single-sided/double-sided adhesive cloth is allowed on the stone grounds or walls in the complex. It is not allowed to use other adhesive material.

4. Guideline for Delayed Service (overtime construction): Because the exhibition hall is not located within the traffic control area, the transportation of booth construction materials can be convenient in the daytime. Thus, exhibitors should finish their booth construction before the close time. Overwork into night, especially into the deep night, is not advised for the sake of safety generally. If overwork is needed and inevitable, please follow the instruction below: Only organized and planned overtime application will be accepted by the complex. Individual overtime application is not accepted generally. Moreover, exhibitors shall submit applications for overtime followed by paying the expenses and going through other procedures before 16:00 that day.

81 According to labor protection laws and regulations, application for overtime after 23:00 pm at night is generally not accepted by the complex.

5. Large-sized tools such as large electrical saws or cutting machines must not be used in the exhibition hall; working with open flames is prohibited; materials for booth construction shall be semi-manufactured and the backboards for booth decoration should meet aesthetic requirements.

6. Arranging propaganda and creating banners in the public areas outside the exhibition hall shall be left for the secretariat of CISMEF Organizing Committee.

7. Promotion articles shall not be posted or hung in the exhibition hall. Nails shall not be driven to the ceiling of the hall, nor shall the tubes and lines attached to the ceilings be used for hanging exhibition racks, light boxes, scrolls or decorations of all kinds; necessary pasting directly to facilities in the hall should be done with only carpet adhesive cloth and other adhesive is prohibited. Exhibitors should have their equipments and propaganda stickers cleared after the exhibition.

8. Because electric power distribution system in the complex is a little bit complicated, exhibitors need to rent a distributor case and declare the actual amount of electricity to be used. Otherwise the distributor case would automatically switch off when overloading.

9. All exhibitors should submit to the Official Constructor their blue print for stand construction, effect drawing, sketch map for standard booth construction and Chinese - English banner name for records before September 20th, so as to carry out relevant work. All construction and dismantling fee caused by exceeding the time limit of submission of those mentioned above would be on the exhibitors themselves. If exhibitors want to rent relevant exhibition tools or want to hire relevant services, they must contact the exhibition hall directly with all fees on the exhibitors themselves.

10. Overseas exhibition delegation organizers are responsible for fetching various badges altogether from the Organizing Committee of CISMEF and distributing them to each exhibitor. During the period of move-out and exhibition, any person who carries any exhibit/sample out of the exhibition hall should obtain the exhibit move-out permit and accept the inspection by the security. The move-out permit is signed and distributed by the booth construction office.

11. The company name on the banner (in Chinese and in English) should be sent to the Organizing Committee by fax or e-mail before the deadline. While move-in, in case some amendment occurs on the banner, please inform the Exhibitor Registration. The amendment fee is ¥100 yuan.

5.5 Move-out Notice

1. During the move-out period, the exhibitors should take the move-in and move-out badges.

82 2. Move-out must be done during the fixed time.

3. Before the move-out of goods, the exhibitors must apply for Permission Note.

4. If the exhibitors are not able to finish the move-out during the fixed time or they do not apply for extra time from CISMEF organizers or Pazhou Complex, a cleaning fee must be paid to the exhibition center for the derelict stuffs.

5. Please take care of the equipments of exhibition center. Strict punishment (pay fines) will be on any damage or take-away of these equipments.

5.6 Guidance Notes for Exhibitors

1. During the exhibition, exhibition booths should be guarded by the authorized representative of exhibitors, who must be familiar with product service of exhibitors and obtain the rights of selling their product service. Exhibitors must ensure that the representative should conform to exhibition rules and all requirements put forward by the organizer before or during the exhibition.

2. Exhibitors must ensure that exhibits, their package and related propaganda materials don’t infringe any rights of a third party, including registered and unregistered trademarks, copyrights, design, names and patents, and agree to compensate the losses caused by the infringement of the rights and interests alleged by a third party to the organizer, its agent and contractor.

3. Exhibitors should bear responsibilities for the safety in the whole process of exhibition, around exhibition booths and transportation and use of products. Exhibitors should insure their exhibits, precious articles and assets individually to avoid the unnecessary loss.

4. Before the formal end of the exhibition, except for the special permit of the organizer, exhibitors shouldn’t dismantle or remove any booth equipment or exhibit.

5. Location and voices of all audiovisuals shouldn’t bring any inconvenience to exhibitors or visitors. And the volume should be controlled under 75 decibels.

6. All machine used for demonstration should be installed with safe device and operation labels. The operating machine must keep a relatively safe distance with visitors and safety device should be used with the symbol of “Hands Off!” in Chinese and English putting before the exhibits to reminder audience.

7. Except for having obtained the written approval of the organizer in advance, exhibitors shouldn’t participate in or allow for making a film, tape-record video-tape, TV or wireless radio.

8. People selling imported articles in the exhibition should declare customs and pay taxes in advance.

9. The exhibitors leave for special reasons are required to report to persons in charge of the

83 exhibition delegation and apply to the Organizing Committee to seal up vacant booths. Exhibitors shouldn’t transfer or share the rented exhibition booths to or with other companies without the approval of the organizer. Once found, exhibition qualification of the exhibitor would be canceled and all exhibition fees wouldn’t be returned.

6.2 Service Regulations of the Exhibition Center 6.2.1 Rules for Booth Construction 1. Special decoration construction shall be carried out by the construction company with relevant special decoration qualification, and exhibitors are not allowed to make special decoration construction on their own. 2. All components used for special decoration shall be semi-product premade outside the exhibition center, and extensive lime-washing and painting are not allowed inside the exhibition center. During the move-in period, remedy painting can be made in small areas for the decoration material and exhibits, while necessary safety and protection measure shall be taken. 3. For special decoration, the vertical projection of the booth shall not exceed the reserved space. If an exhibitor uses two or more booths, the public access in between two booths shall not be occupied or a second-floor access not be built. 4. Booth design shall adopt a simple structure and use the recyclable and environment-friendly materials. The aisle-side wall of the booth shall adopt semi-transparent materials or showcase instead of completely-closed wall. If the booth adopts the completely-closed type, a door shall be provided at the over-15-meter main access, in order to ensure fire safety. 5. All booths shall not exceed the height of 6 m (the height of floor #-1 shall not exceed 3 m). Except for floor #-1, booths with an area of 90 ㎡ or above can be built with a second floor. And the area of the second floor shall be within 30% of the ground floor and the height shall be designed according to the regulation of the exhibition center. 6. In the event of constructing double-floor booth, the bearing structure shall be calculated and demonstrated by a qualified design company. The bearing capacity of the second floor shall range 500 〜 400kg/ ㎡ . The second floor shall only be used for business negotiation or resting, and not for displaying exhibits. The number of persons in the second floor shall also be strictly restricted. 7. The enclosure method of the second floor shall use light material and adopt transparent design (or showcase-type design), in order to ensure the air quality of the indoor space. The handrail of the staircase shall have a height of no less than 1.5 m. The handrail shall adopt arc-shaped design to prevent the objects from sliding. 8. For a double-floor booth, the first floor shall be provided with a 6-kg automatic sprinkler powder extinguisher every 20 ㎡ . Luminous signs of “Emergency Exit” should be installed above each entrance and stairway of the booth. If the second floor has an area of more than 100 ㎡, at least two stair emergency exits shall be provided. 9. All visible backboards (including that between the neighboring booths, the ultra-high part) shall be decorated with white materials. And no advertising or publicity information is allowed to be released on the ultra-high part of the booth that faces to the neighboring booth.

86 6.2.2 Rules for Power Supply 1. Power supply in PWTC EXPO: 3-Phase and 5-Wire, 50 Hz. 2. The power consumption of booth shall be reported by the official contractor to the exhibition center before move-in, and the exhibition center will then charge service fees according to relevant service prices. 3. The power supply for booths will start 30 minutes before the opening of the exhibition each day and end 30 minutes after the closing of the exhibition. If 24-h power supply is needed, application and additional charges will be required. 4. For standard booths, exhibitors shall not add lamps on their own, and large-power devices such as electric kettle, electric iron and electromagnetic oven are not allowed to be used in the booths. If necessary, a separated electricity box shall be provided. 5. For a custom-built booth involves electrical installation, the construction company shall have qualification for electrical installation and the electrician shall have a valid operating certificate issued by the national technical supervision departments. They can register in the construction badge application office with the foresaid valid certificates. The electrician shall work with valid operating certificate; otherwise, he is not allowed to carry out construction in the exhibition center. 6. Special decoration companies employed by exhibitors shall operate by following Guangzhou Electrical Equipment Installation Procedure and the used electrical materials and equipment shall conform to the 3C standard and fire safety requirement. The electricity box in the booth shall be equipped with safety and reliable air circuit breaker and 30 MA (actuation time is less than 0.1 S) current leakage protector. The wire shall use the ZR-BVV (flame retardant/nonflammable double plastic copper wire) and RVV verified by the fire department. It’s prohibited to use copper core stranded cord (flexible cord) and BLVV. 7. Single-phase circuit shall not exceed 1,000 W; if exceeding, the circuit shall adopt three-phase design to balance the power load. Each electrical circuit shall have special ground wire (which shall be copper wire with cross section of no less than 2.5 mm2), and be connected to mental objects that may possibly contact and produce electric leakage. 8. Lighting electricity and mechanical power shall be connected separately. The three-phase power, which exceeds 20 A and is not used for mechanical power shall have separated grading protection. The single-phase power exceeding 16 A shall adopt three-phase design to equally distribute the power load of the booth. The setting value of the central electricity box shall be lower than or equal to 80% of setting value of the connected fixed electricity box of the exhibition center. 9. Various lighting fixtures and exhibits shall keep a distance of 30 cm in between. The down lamp and quartz lamp shall have heat shield protection; and the advertising board, light box, and lamp pole shall have heat emission hole. The lamp ballast and trigger shall use qualified products inspected by the fire department. The high-power lamp (e.g. iodine-tungsten lamp of more than 100 W) shall be added with a shield and be installed in a non-inflammable structure. High-power lamps of more than 500 W are prohibited for use. 10. Wires crossing the sideway, carpet and concealed in the decorated objects shall be protected in a tube (mental tube, nonflammable plastic tube). The mental tube and mental components shall be bridged electrically and grounded safely. 11. During the move-in and session, the organizer (undertaker) and exhibitors’ shall report to the official contractor for additional use of electricity; private wiring is not allowed; otherwise, they will have to receive relevant penalty. During the exhibition period, if the exhibits or equipment or facilities need 24-h power supply, the exhibitor shall apply to 87 the exhibition center before move-in, and attend to the formalities after being approved. The expenses incurred shall be borne by the exhibitor itself. 12. When all electrical equipment is installed in the booth, the exhibitor is not allowed to switch on without the inspection and approval of the electrician of the exhibition. The main switch shall be at the switch-off condition. Only after the inspection and confirmation of the electrician of the exhibition can he agree to switch on. 13. The organizer (undertaker) and exhibitors, if adding any electrical equipment, shall report to the Engineering Department of the exhibition center; the charges for booth power consumption, no matter how large the power consumption is, the exhibition center will charge according to the charge standard of electricity according to the totally reported power; if the actual power consumption exceeds the reported standard, it will be charged based on a higher-grade; if the actual power consumption is inconsistent with the reported amount, the exhibition center has the right to refuse installation; after move-in, if the actual power consumption of the exhibitor is inconsistent with the reported amount, the exhibition center has the right to charge the exceeding part doubly. Only when the electricity safety is satisfied and the electricity manager has approved can a main switch with two or more electricity-load grades be used. 6.2.3 Rules for Delayed Service (Overtime Construction) Overwork into night, especially into the deep night, is not advised for the sake of safety generally. The organizer (undertaker) shall extend the working days for move-in and move according to actual needs. If overwork is needed and inevitable, please follow the instruction below: 1. Exhibitors shall submit applications for overtime construction to the official contractor of the exhibition followed by paying the expenses before 16:00 that day. The official contractor will then sum up all the applications and submit them to the exhibition center for approval. 2. Exhibitors who apply for overtime construction can continue to decorate the booth after the normal decoration time and site cleaning of the exhibition center by evidence of the overtime sheet 3. According to labor protection laws and regulations, application for overtime construction after 24:00 at night is generally not accepted by the exhibition center. 6.2.4 Rules for Object Hanging No objects are allowed to be hung on the roofed steel structure privately. After being approved, each suspending point shall bear anything not more than 250 kg. And the safety harness shall be installed by the specialized personnel from the Technical Support Department of PWCT EXPO. 1. Structure of suspending point: a single structure shall not exceed 500 kg; if exceeding, the structure shall be decomposed until it meets the requirement. The hanging structure must be connected with reliable mental structure, purely wooden structure are not allowed to hang anything. 2. If the booth is close to the inner wall of the exhibition center, the wall close to the wall shall not be installed with a suspending point, and the other walls shall be identified on site whether a suspending point can be installed. If the hanging object will affect the structure or facilities of the exhibition center, application for suspending point will not be accepted generally. For a single structure needing to be hung, the special decoration company shall prepare an electric hoist and wire rope. The suspending point shall not be used for lifting or hoisting equipment, and nor for any moving object. 3. Flag hanging: the flag shall not exceed 3 m wide and 5 m high. The top and bottom edges of the flag shall be fixed with mental tube. Single mental tube shall be used and 88 there must be no breaking points and jointed points in the middle. The hanging flag, if having a width of more than 3 m, shall be fixed with truss. The exhibition center will charge the actual service fee based on the calculation of the hanging structure. 6.2.5 Safety Helmet and Aerial Work 1. During the period of move-in and move-out, all construction personnel shall wear a safety helmet, and are prohibited to work after drinking. Any person involving in aerial work shall wear a safety belt and other necessary safety measures shall also be taken to prevent other people being hurt by dropping objects. 2. Aerial work must use qualified stepstool, and wooden ladder is prohibited; the scaffold can only be moved after confirming there is no person thereon; tools and objects are prohibited to be passed on through throwing, while bagging or rope hanging can be adopted. 3. The lifting machinery used for booth installation requires operation of special person. 6.2.6 Maintenance and Management in Residence 1. During the period of exhibition, the special decoration official contractor shall arrange some persons for maintenance in residence, to ensure all the facilities work normally during the exhibition period. 2. The personnel for maintenance and management in residence shall not take pictures of the setting plan or exhibits of other booths. Once found, the shooting device will be taken provisionally and be disposed additionally after the close of the exhibition; if in need of taking pictures of the booths they build, they shall first obtain the approval of the exhibitor and the organizer (undertaker). 3. Any behavior of the personnel of maintenance and management in residence shall be subject to the bounding of related regulations of the exhibition center. If there are any violations, they will be disposed seriously by the construction company. 6.2.7 Rules for Exhibit Management 1. The exhibition will not accept shipped goods, and all shipped goods shall be signed and paid by the organizer (undertaker) and exhibitors themselves. 2. After unboxing, all the inflammables such as packing boxes, paper, foams, plastics, and wood plates shall be cleaned out of the exhibition center and it’s not allowed to store the packing box and exhibits outside the booth. The exhibitors shall contact with the organizer or the official contractor to put the packing materials in the designated area; otherwise, the personnel of the exhibition center have the right to treat them as discarded things. 3. It’s prohibited to use the escalator or fire stair to move or store any exhibits and construction materials. 4. During the period of exhibition and move-out, the exhibitors, if transporting the exhibits out of the exhibition center, shall provide a stamped notice of leave issued by the organizer (undertaker), and accept the inspection of the Security Department of the exhibition center; move-out of equipment and device exhibits shall be reviewed and approved by the manager of the organizer (undertaker) or the exhibition center and attend to relevant formalities. 5. During the period of exhibition, the exhibitors shall keep the personal valuables properly, such as handbag and laptop; the expensive exhibits shall be stored and locked in the showcase or safe case before the close of exhibition each day, and personal valuables are not allowed to be kept in the exhibition center. In case of being stolen, the exhibitor shall keep calm and report timely, while coordinating with the on-site security personnel

89 to handle the issue properly. 6. Poisonous, flammable and radioactive objects are prohibited to be taken into the exhibition center. If necessary, only imitations and substitutes can be brought in. 6.2.8 Transportation and Moving 1. The organizer (undertaker) shall submit the name and contact information of the logistics provider to the exhibition center 10 working days before move-in, and the exhibits will be in the charge of the designated logistic provider; the exhibition center reserves the right to permit or reject the operation of the provider in the exhibition center. 2. All machinery equipment of the logistics provider shall be operated by well-trained licensed personnel, and any equipment with oil leakage or drop of other polluting solution shall not be operated in the exhibition center. During the period of exhibition, the transportation equipment shall not be operated in the exhibition center. 3. Any vehicle that enters the unloading area of floor #-1 shall not exceed the height of 3.5 m. 6.2.9 General Rules for Move-in Management 1. The exhibition center has the right of releasing advertisement inside the exhibition center and the surrounding areas, the organizer (undertaker) and exhibitors can apply for using the foresaid advertising space for publicity; and the details can be got by contacting the exhibition center. Without the written approval of the exhibition center, no advertisements are allowed to be set up or hung. 2. If inflatable arches and balloons are used during the exhibition period, the exhibitors shall apply to the juridical sanitation department or related departments; after being approved, the inflatable arches and balloons can be released by the exhibition center. The special outdoor advertisements including the inflatable arch and balloons should be protected or removed temperately in bad weather conditions. Meanwhile, the public transport area within the radius of the arch should be provided with safety warning to remind the pedestrians and vehicles to pass safely. 3. The balloons shall be filled with helium and not with other inflammable gas. 4. The organizer or exhibitors shall not paste any advertisement or exhibition instructions on the coated pillars and wall in the exhibition center. If in need of pasting posters on the aluminous gusset plate walls and poles, glass doors and elevators, the posters shall use removable gum. The posters on the glass curtain wall shall use removable glass films. If the posters are made with KT plate, they shall be bottomed with textured paper before being fixed with double-sided adhesive tape. The degumming materials such as double-sided adhesive tape and scotch tape shall not be pasted directly on the aluminous gusset plate walls and pillars, glass doors and elevators. 5. When conducting aerial work, the construction personnel shall use the qualified and safe lifting tools and operation platforms, while taking necessary safety measures. Protective measures shall be made to the contact surface of the exhibition center structure; and the ground shall be enclosed with a safety zone and watched by special persons. The safety zone shall be set up with clear warning signs. 6. Advertisement and general decoration shall be completed before the opening of the exhibition and be dismantled at the closing of the exhibition. Construction on advertisement and general decoration shall not be conducted during the exhibition period. At the day of move-out, the construction company of advertisement and general decoration shall clear up all the residual signs and posters; otherwise the exhibition center will impose a fine according to the actuality.

90 6.2.10 Rules for Site Cleaning 1. All construction wastes, unused or discarded materials, packing materials, wooden plates, nails, crating cases and other scraps produced in the construction and dismantling of booth during the period of move-in and move-out shall be cleaned up and moved out by the personnel of special decoration company. The above materials are not allowed to be piled up in the exhibition hall, staircase and unloading area of the exhibition center. Once found, the exhibition center will ask the official contractor of the exhibition center to supervise special decoration company to clean them up. If the special decoration company does not follow the advice, the exhibition center will impose a fine on it according to the actuality. 2. During the move-in period, the special decoration company shall protect the ground of the exhibition center, and avoid the paint, engine oil, glue and other materials to pollute the ground. If pollution is generated to the ground of the exhibition center due to booth set-up and exhibits transportation, the exhibition center will impose a fine according to the actuality. 3. Carpet laying shall use the environment-friendly carpets and cloth tapes; it’s prohibited to use the inferior carpets containing calcium carbonate, double-sided gelatin sponge and other materials difficult to remove. On the day of move-out, the carpet provider and special decoration company shall clean their carpet tape up respectively. 4. During the move-out period, all wastes of special decoration construction shall be moved out of the exhibition center at the very day of move-out, and shall not be dumped in Xingang Rd (E), South Huizhan Rd. (No.3), and Fengpu Rd (M). 6.2.11 Rules for Logistics Management 1. The transport vehicles of the organizer must enter the exhibition center based on the scheduled sequence. Vehicles must to drive to the appointed unloading location for unloading, and park at the appointed location afterward. No vehicles are allowed to directly enter the exhibition hall for unloading. 2. Carrying is prohibited in the public area, visitors’ access, entrance hall and other public sharing area. 3. Elevator using scheme shall first be submitted by the organizer, and be carried out after obtaining the permission of the exhibition center. It’s prohibited to use the elevator disorderly. 4. Special decoration components, if transported by elevator, shall be fitted according to the dimension of the freight elevator. The advised dimension is as follows: 3.5 m (L), 2.5 m (H), and 1.6 m (W); maximal dimension: 5 m (L), 2.5 m (H), and 2.6 m (W). 5. The unloading area of PWTC EXPO includes West No. 1 Area, West No. 2 Area, West No. 3 Area, West No. 4 Area, South Area and North Area (unloading area diagram). The exhibition center shall open the unloading area according to needs. Under special circumstance, the organizer shall apply to the exhibition center timely. The unloading area will be opened only with the permission of the exhibition center. 6. During the exhibition period, bulk goods can only enter the exhibition hall from the west side of the exhibition center. Portable goods can access the exhibition hall from the access at the east side of the exhibition center. 7. Before access to the exhibition center, all goods, if delivered by exhibitors in advance, shall be handled by the main carrier designated by the organizer. The exhibition center will not accept any goods arrived in advance. 8. The official logistics provider designated by the organizer shall deal with the stocking issue of all goods in the appointed area, and the organizer shall be responsible for

91 taking necessary measures to guarantee the stocked cargo containers to be safe, clean and neat. 9. The organizer shall work out a traffic organization scheme according to the actual scale of the exhibition before move-in and submit it to the exhibition center for approval. 10. All transport vehicles going in and out of PWTC EXPO shall be able to access the unloading area only by evidence of contractor Badge for Exquisite booth, Exhibits Vehicle Badge or Mechanical Transport Badge. The foresaid three badges shall be managed by the PWTC EXPO and only be used for accessing the designated area within the validity. The security personnel have the right to stop the vehicles that do not comply with on-site management entering the loading/unloading area. For the badge application procedure, please refer to the badge management rules. 11. Every vehicle will hold a Contractor Badge for Exquisite booth for a single time. If the transport vehicle requires multiple entries, it shall have multiple badges. And the badges shall not be lent, forged or modified. If in any evidence, the exhibition center has the right to confiscate the badges and ask the vehicle concerned to be out of the exhibition center. 12. The Contractor Badge for Special Decoration will be charged 20 RMB/badge and also 200 RMB deposit while first entry. The Expo allowing the vehicle to park for 2 hours; if exceeding 2 hours, the vehicle will be imposed a fine of 200 RMB. 13. Transport trucks entering West No. 3 Area and West No. 4 Area shall conform to the regulated dimension of the exhibition center: the truck shall not exceed 8m long, 2.5m wide, and 3.8m high. Trucks that do not conform to the regulated dimension shall only load or unload in No. 1 unloading area. 14. Trucks with Double-floor Exquisite booth Badge and Exhibits Vehicle Badge and forklifts with Mechanical Transport Badge can enter West No. 3 Area through the rampway by following the instruction of the security personnel; all other transport vehicle or transportation ways are not allowed to enter West No. 3 Area through the rampway. 15. The West No. 3 Area allows for only 20 vehicles/hall every day; each exhibition hall can have only 3 trucks to carry out the load/unload concurrently at the area. And all truck drivers shall follow the instruction of the security personnel to go through the rampway. 16. During the loading/unloading period, the drivers shall follow the instruction of the security personnel, and shall not leave the driving cab. After finishing loading/unloading, the truck shall leave immediately and not linger for long. 17. Trucks with Badge for Exquisite booth in Exhibition Hall and forklifts with Mechanical Transport Badge can enter the exhibition hall by following the instruction of the security personnel; all other transport vehicles are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall without permission. 18. Construction shall be conducted in a civilized manner after entering the unloading area; and it’s also required to comply with relevant regulations of the exhibition hall, follow the on-site instruction of the order-maintaining personnel of the exhibition hall and park the vehicles according to the regulations. 19. Vehicle operating in the exhibition center shall be carried out by strictly following the safety operation rules, and the operators shall work with relevant operation certification. The driving speed mustl not exceed 10 km/h. Vehicles exceeding 2.2 m high are prohibited to enter the parking garage in floor #-2 of the exhibition center. Small cars can park at the underground garages and the temporary parking lots appointed by the exhibition center, and are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the underground garage. 20. During the exhibition period, all vehicles shall follow the scheduling and instruction of 92 the exhibition center, and park in the appointed parking lots during 08:30-18:00, and are not allowed to park overnight. All consequences aroused due to overtime parking shall be borne by the car owner. Vehicles with oil leakage and carrying inflammable, explosive, poisonous, radioactive or polluting objects are prohibited to enter the parking lots. And smoking, working with open fire, car washing and maintenance are prohibited inside the parking lots. After the vehicles are parked properly, the engine shall be turned off immediately. 21. Parking badge shall be carried around at anytime; the vehicles shall not leave the parking lot without a parking badge. Vehicles are prohibit to leave when the driver cannot provide any evidence of ownership. 22. The garbage trucks shall comply with the relevant safety regulations of the exhibition, and the trucks shall not occupy or block the fire facilities. The garbage shall be dumped according the requirement of the exhibition center. 23. Transportation guide for freight trucks and diagram of unloading area is shown below. Unloading areas in the ground floor: North Area, South Area, West No. 1 Area, and West No. 2 Area; unloading areas in the second floor: West No. 3 Area; unloading areas in floor # -1: West No. 4 Area.

93 Chapter VII Service Fee for Exhibition Center (The prices are only for reference) 7.1 Construction Management Service

The organizer or the official contractor of the exhibition center shall pay a deposit of 50,000 RMB/hall, if the renting area is less than that of a hall, a deposit will be charged based on a hall. The construction deposit shall be paid to the exhibition center within five working days before move-in, and the exhibition center will refund the deposit by cheque without interest within 15 working days after the closing of the exhibition. If the site is not accepted upon the completion of move-out, the exhibition center will deduct relevant fees from the deposit. And the deduction standard will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Administrative Regulations of PWTC EXPO. 4. The organizer shall pay construction management fee for the function zone. The calculation of area shall be made as follows: the area of the function zone with enclosure or construction will be calculated based on the actually enclosed or constructed area; the function zone without enclosure or construction shall be calculated by following the two methods: ① Area with marketing, operation, and exhibition function will be calculated based on the actual area; ② Area without marketing, operation, and exhibition function will be calculated based on 50% of the actual area. The above standard price for Construction management fee of the function zone for the organizer is 13 RMB/㎡/session. 5. The official contractor shall submit the booth drawing to the exhibition center for approval five working days before entry, and will be charged with construction management fee; if overdue, the above service fee will be charged based on 25 RMB/ ㎡/session. 6. The charge standard of the above service fees shall be applicable for exhibition activities only. The exhibition center only accepts the above service application of the organizer and the official contractor. 7.2 Making of Construction badge

Since Nov. 1, 2012, all contraction workers (including the official contractor and special decoration company of the exhibition center) shall have their badges registered, approved, manufactured and managed by PWTC EXPO. 2. The badge application shall be subjected to the responsibility system, namely, the special decoration construction manager can apply several badges for his workers (onsite application shall provide the original of ID cards of the workers). All application forms and evidences shall be the original copies completed in block letter, and the special decoration construction managers shall sign on them and fix the company seals. See the badge application procedures in Chapter 5: Regulations of Badge Administration. 3. During the move-in period, if the special decoration company needs to apply for badges for additional construction personnel, it can submit the above materials to the official contractor; and after being approved, the badge application office of the exhibition center will make the badges. If failing to provide relevant instrumental materials, the special decoration company can apply for provisional badges, and the exhibition center will decide whether to accept it based on the actuality of the exhibition, and charge according to the above standards. 4. Service description: 1. Application of electricity supply, if exceeding 160 A, will be calculated based on power and charged based on 100 RMB/KW; the maximal supply is 320 A. The exhibition center will decide whether to provide this service according the application situation. 2. The exhibition center will try the electricity supply service at the 12:00 a.m. of the last 95 day of preparation of the exhibition, and the official time for electricity supply will be 30 minutes before the opening to 30 minutes after the closing of the exhibition each day during the exhibition period. 3. The electricity supply fee shall be applied and paid before the day of entry, and calculated according to the above standard; if the fee is applied and paid five working days before entry, a discount of 10% will be offered; if the fee is applied after entry, an additional 30% of the fee will be charged for overdue service. 4. Charge of electricity supply will be made based on a 4-day session (including exhibition that lasts for less than 4 days) and 8 hours per day. If exceeding the standard period, the fee will be charged according to the actual amount of time used by the electricity boxes of various specifications. The computational formula is as the follows: overtime charge = [standard charge/ (4 d x 8 h)] x (actual days x hours/day). 5. The charge standard of the above services shall be applicable for exhibition activities only. The exhibition center only accepts the above service application of the organizer and the official contractor. If the exhibitors have any needs, please ask the official contractor directly.

7.4 Delayed Construction Service

Service description: 1. The overtime construction service refers to the overtime service during the exhibition period (including move-in and move-out) as stated in the leasing agreement signed by the organizer. 2. When applying for overtime construction service, the service fee will be charged based on the applied area of the booth. If the area is less than 36 ㎡, it will be charged based on 36 ㎡; and if the time is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour. 3. During the overtime construction, the exhibition center will only provide basic lighting and security service, not including the air conditioning or air distribution services. 4. Overtime after 24:00, in principle, is not accepted; under special circumstance that the overtime construction is required to be conducted after 24:00, the construction company shall apply to the exhibition center; and only with the permission of the latter, can the construction be implemented and related fees be charged according the charge standard. 5. The official contractor shall be submit application of overtime construction to the exhibition center before 16:00, and pay the overtime service fee according to regulations; for overdue application, the exhibition center reserves the right to accept it 96 or not. 6. The charge standard of the above services shall be applicable for exhibition activities only. The exhibition center only accepts the above service application of the organizer and the official contractor.

7.5 Water Supply Service

The water supply service will be supplied by the exhibition center, and provisional water pipe and end-user device will be equipped by the official contractor, a water supply station can only connect one device. 2. Water supply service is only used for normal purpose or the nonhazardous wastes shall be drained to the sewerage system. If the above service is found to be used for illegal or unclear purpose, the exhibition center reserves the right to terminate the service and investigate the legal responsibility. 3. The standard time for water supply in the exhibition center will be 30 minutes before the opening to 30 minutes after the closing of the exhibition each day. If in need of 24-h service, the exhibition center will offer an additional price. 4. The above service includes the expense for water supply and drainage. 5. The above service charge standard is computed based on a 4-day session (including exhibition that lasts for less than 4 days), 8 hours per day. If exceeding the standard time, relevant service fee will be charged proportionally. The computational formula is as the follows: overtime charge = [standard charge/ (4 d x 8h)] X (actual days x hours/day). 6. The above service shall be applied and paid two working days before entry, and calculated according to the above standard; if the fee is applied paid five working days before entry, a discount of 10% will be offered; if the fee is applied less than two working days before entry, an additional 30% of the fee will be charged for overdue service, while the service is not guaranteed to be provided..

7. The charge standard of the above services shall be applicable for exhibition activities only. The exhibition center only accepts the above service application of the organizer and the official contractor.

7.6 Gas Supply Service

Service description: 1. The exhibition center provides central air supply service, including the installation of pipeline and leased equipment, and commissioning service. 2. To guarantee air quality, the equipment of 10 HP or more shall include three-layer filtering and air drying devices. 3. If the total gas supply need of the exhibition is less than 5 HP, the exhibitors can bring an air compressor on their own after being approved by the exhibition center; the latter will not provide gas supply service of less than 5 HP. 4. The official contractor shall be responsible for the installation of the adapter substitute (which shall be provided by the official contractor) of the gas supply stations in the exhibition center as well as the laying, installation and monitoring of the gas supply lines beyond the gas supply stations. 5. The official contractor shall sum up the total demand of the exhibitors, and report to the exhibition center. The reported data include flow, pressure, and specification of the leased air compressor (HP). 6. The gas supply stations in the exhibition shall have a flow of 2 m³/min/station, with pipe diameter of 25 mm. 7. The gas supply pressure in the exhibition center is 6-8 kg/c ㎡. If in need of devices with pressure of more than 8kg/c ㎡, the exhibition center will offer an additional price. 8. The above service shall be applied five working days before entry, and on-site application cannot guarantee the service to be provided. 9. 7.8 Hanging Service

Service description: 1. For flag hanging service, the flag shall be limited within 50 kg, and the price covers two basic hanging points, and the material costs of safety harness, steel rope, and lock catch, labor cost for hanging service and cost of equipment usage. A single flag, if covering two more hanging points, 300 RMB/piece/session will be charged for an additional hanging point. The construction unit needs to provide the load-bearing components to fix the top and bottom ends of the flag. The exhibition center shall be responsible or hanging on the site. 2. For hanging service at special points, the largest bearing load of each hanging point is 250 kg. The official contractor shall submit the hanging scheme (including quantity, position, purpose, weight, material of the hanging object, size and time, etc.) to the exhibition center five working days before entry. The service can be accepted only after 99 being approved by the exhibition center. It’s advised to hang the special structure by using hand-drive or electrical hoist. 3. Lifting appliance used in the hanging process shall be operated by well-trained personnel designated by the exhibition center, and the construction unit shall coordinate with the installation on the site. 4.
