FOREWORD
Education is an essential component of life. It is a self-enlightening process that brings about an awareness of the world around us. It develops our perspective of gaining knowledge, which opens up unlimitled opportunities, improving the academic aspects of life.
Since we live in an information age that is mostly marked by industrial labour and professional careers in various fields, education is today’s tool of defense when it comes to career survival and successes.
The role of education in facilitating social and economic progress is well recognized. It opens up opportunities leading to both professionals and group entitlements.
Education, in its broadest sense of development of professionals, is the most crucial input for empowering people with skills and knowledge and giving them access to productive employment in future.
Therefore ensuring access to quality education for all in particular for poor and rural population is central to the economic and social development of the country.
