Nova Medical Centers, well known ambulatory surgery group, recently welcomed five distinguished healthcare management professionals into their fold. These professionals are expected to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Dr Rajen Ghadiok has joined Nova as Executive Director, Medical Strategy, while Dr Sameer Khan is taking up the position of a COO. Sunil Kapur will be Nova's Director, Business Development, Naresh Rao is the new CFO and Malvika Varma will be taking charge as Vice President, Nova. Likewise, Dr Gayatri Ghadiok is joining Nova Pulse, the IVF business venture of Nova.

More recently, she worked as Essential Health Technologies Adviser to World Health Organization (WHO).
