OCTOBER GETS RUDE(ISH) WITH UGC VIDEO MARKETPLACE NEWSFLARE

Newsflare, the London-based video syndication business, has agreed a deal with UK production company October Films to supply user generated video content for the debut international season of internet clip show, Rude(ish) Tube.

Rude(ish) Tube is the mainstream spin-off of popular factual entertainment clip show Rude Tube, showcasing the funniest and weirdest user generated video clips. The show is written and narrated by Alex Zane. Since debuting on E4 in December 2013, two series’ comprising 60 x 30’ shows have been shown across both E4 and ; the show will now be distributed internationally.

The move is part of a growing trend for production companies to partner with online video marketplaces to source the latest user generated video content, and will see Newsflare supply 75 clips sourced from its comprehensive portfolio of videos shot by the public.
