ORGANIZAÇÃO E DISPONIBILIZAÇÃO DA COLEÇÃO DE PARTITURAS DO MEMORIAL JESUÍTA - UNISINOS O acervo de partituras esteve armazenado por muito tempo em uma sala de aula do antigo Colégio Santo Inácio, desde o término de suas atividades. Foi recolhido para a biblioteca da Unisinos, e hoje está sob à custodia do Acervo das Coleções Especiais do Memorial Jesuíta. Após o acervo ser armazenado na biblioteca, realizou-se a higienização e todo o tratamento arquivístico. O acervo é composto de partituras para orquestra, canto, instrução musical e encadernações organizadas pelos professores de música do Colégio Santo Inácio. As partituras da coleção são de música erudita clássica (profana), músicas de missas (sacra), vindas de diferentes países. A realização deste projeto foi possível com o patrocínio do Senhor Décio Andriotti que há quatro anos investe em nosso projeto com o objetivo específico de Organizar e Disponibilizar as Partituras Históricas da Coleção de Santo Inácio de Loyola. Que é de grande importância para a comunidade acadêmica, assim como a sociedade de forma geral. Il messaggio trasmesso dagli inni nazionali Il caso di Unione indiana e Bangladesh Donatella Dolcini doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.7359/826-2017-dolc Abstract As a National Anthem is a symbol of the Nation it represents, the messages it conveys must impart a clear knowledge of the State itself. After briefly examin- ing the nature and the meanings of these messages in the national anthems of some ‘Western’ countries, this dissertation focuses the case of Indian Union and Bangladesh. Due to the factitious creation of both the States from the unitary body of historic India, in fact, their national anthems unusually share the same author: the worldwide famous Bengali poet Rabindranath Tagore. Being born in Kolkata (1861) and having died in Santiniketan 1 (1941), i.e. before the Bengal was dismembered into Indian Union and Pakistan in 1947, he remained his whole life simply a Bengali man, thus belonging to both Nations at the same time. Le Origini Il Debutto Dai Moti Del 1848 All'impresa Dei Mille
IL CANTO DEGLI ITALIANI FONTE: WIKIPEDIA (SINTESI) Il Canto degli Italiani, conosciuto anche come Fratelli d'Italia, Inno di Mameli, Canto nazionale o Inno d'Italia, è un canto risorgimentale scritto da Goffredo Mameli e musicato da Michele Novaro nel 1847, inno nazionale della Repubblica Italiana. Il testo si compone di sei strofe e un ritornello che si alterna alle stesse. Il canto fu molto popolare durante il Risorgimento e nei decenni seguenti, sebbene dopo l'unità d'Italia (1861) come inno del Regno d'Italia fosse stata scelta la Marcia Reale, che era il brano ufficiale di Casa Savoia. Il Canto degli Italiani era infatti considerato troppo rivoluzionario rispetto alla situazione politica dell'epoca: Fratelli d'Italia, di chiara connotazione repubblicana e giacobina, mal si conciliava con l'esito del Risorgimento, che fu di stampo monarchico. Dopo la seconda guerra mondiale l'Italia diventò una repubblica e il Canto degli Italiani fu scelto, il 12 ottobre 1946, come inno nazionale provvisorio, ruolo che ha conservato anche in seguito rimanendo inno de facto della Repubblica Italiana. Nei decenni si sono susseguite varie iniziative parlamentari per renderlo inno nazionale ufficiale, fino a giungere alla legge nº 181 del 4 dicembre 2017, che ha dato al Canto degli Italiani lo status di inno nazionale de iure. Le origini Il testo del Canto degli Italiani fu scritto dal genovese Goffredo Mameli, allora giovane studente e fervente patriota, in un contesto storico caratterizzato da quel patriottismo diffuso che già preannunciava i moti del 1848 e la prima guerra di indipendenza. Dopo aver scartato l'idea di adattarlo a musiche già esistenti, il 10 novembre 1847 Goffredo Mameli inviò il testo dell'inno a Torino per farlo musicare dal compositore genovese Michele Novaro che ne fu subito conquistato e, il 24 novembre 1847, decise di musicarlo. -

I SIMBOLI DELLA REPUBBLICA - L'INNO NAZIONALE Fratelli d'Italia Dobbiamo alla città di Genova Il Canto degli Italiani, meglio conosciuto come Inno di Mameli. Scritto nell'autunno del 1847 dall'allora ventenne studente e patriota Goffredo Mameli, musicato poco dopo a Torino da un altro genovese, Michele Novaro, il Canto degli Italiani nacque in quel clima di fervore patriottico che già preludeva alla guerra contro l'Austria. L'immediatezza dei versi e l'impeto della melodia ne fecero il più amato canto dell'unificazione, non solo durante la stagione risorgimentale, ma anche nei decenni successivi. Non a caso Giuseppe Verdi, nel suo Inno delle Nazioni del 1862, affidò proprio al Canto degli Italiani - e non alla Marcia Reale - il compito di simboleggiare la nostra Patria, ponendolo accanto a God Save the Queen e alla Marsigliese. Fu quasi naturale, dunque, che il 12 ottobre 1946 l'Inno di Mameli divenisse l'inno nazionale della Repubblica Italiana. Il poeta Goffredo Mameli dei Mannelli nasce a Genova il 5 settembre 1827 (figlio di Adele - o Adelaide - Zoagli, discendente di una delle più insigni famiglie aristocratiche genovesi, e di Giorgio, cagliaritano, comandante di una squadra della flotta del Regno di Sardegna). Studente e poeta precocissimo, di sentimenti liberali e repubblicani, aderisce al mazzinianesimo nel 1847, l'anno in cui partecipa attivamente alle grandi manifestazioni genovesi per le riforme e compone Il Canto degli Italiani. D'ora in poi, la vita del poeta-soldato sarà dedicata interamente alla causa italiana: nel marzo del 1848, a capo di 300 volontari, raggiunge Milano insorta, per poi combattere gli Austriaci sul Mincio col grado di capitano dei bersaglieri. -

I NOSTRI SIMBOLI IDENTITARI La BAN ERA L’I O Il TRICOLORE Il tricolore italiano nasce a Reggio Emilia il 7 gennaio 1797, quando il Parlamento della Repubblica Cispadana, su proposta del deputato Giuseppe Compagnoni, decreta “che si ren- da universale lo Stendardo o Bandiera Cispadana di Tre Colori Verde, Bianco, e Rosso, e che questi tre Colori si usino anche nella Coccarda Cispadana, la quale debba portarsi da tutti”. Come si spiega la scelta di questi tre colori? Nell’Italia del 1796, attraversata dagli eserciti di Napoleone Bonaparte, le numerose Re- pubbliche di ispirazione giacobina [cioè fortemente influenzate dalle idee della Rivoluzione Francese] che avevano sostituito gli antichi Stati assoluti adottarono quasi tutte, con varianti di colore, bandiere caratterizzate da tre fasce di uguali dimensioni, chiaramente ispirate a quella francese del 1790. Analogamente, anche i reparti militari “italiani”, costituiti all’epoca per affiancare l’esercito di Bonaparte, ebbero stendardi che riproponevano la medesima foggia. In particolare, i vessilli della Legione Lombarda presentavano, appunto, i colori bianco, rosso e verde, fortemente radicati nel patrimonio collettivo di quella regione: il bianco e il rosso, infatti, comparivano nell’antichissimo stemma comunale di Milano (croce rossa su campo bianco), mentre verdi erano, fin dal 1782, le uniformi della Guardia civica milanese. The Italian Tricolour Flag The tricolour became Italy’s national flag in Reggio Emilia on January 7th 1797, when the Cispadane Republic, at the proposal of Deputy Giuseppe Compagnoni, decreed “that the Cispadane Standard or Flag of Three Colours, Green, White and Red shall become universal and that these three Colours also be used in the Cispadane cockade, which must be worn by everybody”. But why precisely these three colours? In the Italy of 1796, which was swept by the victorious Napoleonic army, almost all the numerous Jacobin-inspired republics that had supplanted the old absolute States had adopted flags featuring three bands of equal dimensions and of varying colours, which were clearly inspired by the French model of 1790. Also the “Italian” military divisions, which were established at the time to support the Napoleonic army, had standards fashioned in the same vogue. More specifically, the regimental banners of the Lombard Legion were coloured white, red and green, three colours that were deeply rooted in the Region’s collective heritage: the white and the red were taken from the age-old municipal coat of arms of the city of Milan (a red cross on a white field ) while the green was taken from the uniforms of Milan’s Civic Guards, which had been green as of 1782. The same colours were later adopted for the standards of the Italian Legion, which grouped together the troops of the regions of Emilia and Romagna, which was probably the reason that spurred the Cispadane Republic to confirm them as the colours of its own flag. -

On the left, the main door to the village church, on the right a cafe whose sign is badly in need of repainting, with two tables with chairs. In between the church and the cafe there is a row of three drab houses. On the first house and third house a shutter or two is open, but the shutters of the center house are closed and one or two are hanging askew. A small riser stands in front of the center house. Two older men play cards at one of the cafe tables. An old woman, dressed in black, sits on the stoop of the first house, taking in the scene while absentmindedly gnashing her teeth. Suddenly the blast of a horn from an arriving bus is heard off left, making the old woman and the men jump. Father Sarducci, the town priest opens the door of the church and steps out at the same time, Gaetano, the owner of the cafe and his wife, Giuseppina, step out of the cafe to find out what is going on.
