I would recommend going back to previous build and stop the update. You can do a custom install. Below is a detailed link by Andre Da Costa on how to do that. I would also recommend putting in feedback to Microsoft to let them know there latest feature update does not work with a particular hardware. Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you. Compare the install you are doing with the gold standard Clean Install which should get you past all difficulties as it has hundreds of thousands of others who have followed the steps in this link and never come back to report another problem: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki. If it's close enough then Run the Blue Screen Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Prepare the BSOD crash report for analysis following these steps: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki. Update your drivers from the PC's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now. Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly. Then follow the Clean Install tutorial above, immediately use the Hide Updates tool to find and block Version 1803, or set a Metered Connection to block all Updates until you can screen them for 1803.
