Nivel del liderazgo del director en la Institución Educativa N° 6051 32 Mercedes Indacochea, Barranco – Lima – 2019. xi Resumen El presente trabajo investigativo titulado Liderazgo del Director y Gestión Docente en la Institución Educativa N° 6051 Mercedes Indacochea, Barranco – Lima – 2019, ha tenido como objetivo la necesidad de establecer la relación entre las variables de liderazgo del director con la gestión docente en la institución educativa de nivel secundaria especificada. Para ello, se trabajó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva – relacional, con un diseño no experimental, bajo un corte transversal. La muestra se encontró conformada por un total de 67 docentes de secundaria de la I.E. N° 6051 Mercedes Indacochea, del distrito de Barranco, provincia de Lima, 2019. Los instrumentos aplicados para la recolección de los datos fueron los cuestionarios. De esta manera, el investigador concluyó que: existe relación entre las variables de liderazgo del director y la gestión de docente, dado que el valor sig. (bilateral) fue igual a 0,000, además de que, el coeficiente de correlación de 0,715 explica una correlación fuerte. Palabras clave: Liderazgo del Director y Gestión Docente xii Abstract The present investigative work entitled Leadership of the Director and Teaching Management in the Educational Institution N ° 6051 Mercedes Indacochea, Barranco - Lima - 2019 has had as its objective the need to establish the relationship between the principal's leadership variables and the teaching management in the educational institution specified secondary level. To do this, we worked under a quantitative, descriptive- relational approach, with a non-experimental design, under a cross section. The sample was made up of a total of 67 secondary school teachers from the I.E. N ° 6051 Mercedes Indacochea, from the Barranco district, Lima province, 2019. The instruments applied for data collection were questionnaires. In this way, the researcher concluded that: there is a relationship between the principal's leadership variables and the teacher's management, given that the value sig. (bilateral) was equal to 0.000, in addition, the correlation coefficient of 0.715 explains a strong correlation. Keywords: Principal's Leadership and Teaching Management xiii Introducción La presente investigación lleva por título: Liderazgo del Director y Gestión Docente en la Institución Educativa N° 6051 Mercedes Indacochea, Barranco – Lima – 2019, se encuentra estructurado en un total de 5 capítulos, cada uno de los cuales presenta un aspecto en particular del proceso investigado efectuado. Cada capítulo es descrito continuación: En el Capítulo I: Aquí es donde se presenta el planteamiento del problema, es decir, una descripción del escenario problemático, el enunciado de las interrogantes (generales y específicas), los objetivos que tiene la investigación, y finalmente la importancia, el alcance, y limitaciones que ha tenido el trabajo. En el Capítulo II: Dentro de este capítulo, se presenta el marco teórico, correspondiente a los antecedentes del estudio, las bases teóricas que sustentan cada variable, y la definición de términos básicos En el Capítulo III: Aquí se presentan las hipótesis que se generaron, así como las variables y su respectiva operacionalización. En el Capítulo IV: Se encuentra conformado por todo el capítulo de metodología de investigación, dentro del cual es posible encontrar aspectos como el enfoque, tipo y diseño de investigación, la población y muestra empleada, técnicas e instrumentos, y finalmente, los tratamientos estadísticos. En el Capítulo V: Este es el último capítulo, el cual se encuentra conformado por la descripción del proceso de validez y confiabilidad, la presentación, así como el análisis de los resultaos, y finalmente la discusión de los mismos. Posterior a los capítulos, se tienen los apartados de conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias y apéndices. 1 Capítulo I. Planteamiento del Problema 1.1. Determinación del Problema Una de las realidades más comunes en cualquier sociedad es que, muchos de los directores, carecen de experiencia y de atributos que les permitan desarrollar de manera plena cada una de sus actividades de gestión en la institución educativa en la que se encuentran, debido principalmente a que, como son maestros, les es difícil olvidar las funciones de docente, descuidando de esta manera sus funciones como director y líder de la institución. Al respecto, José Alvira (secretario general de Escuelas Católicas de España), pone en manifiesto este problema, e indica que el director, como cabeza de la institución, no debe de contar con ningún tipo de complejo frente a sus compañeros, durante el ejercicio de sus funciones, buscando siempre atender los problemas de la comunidad escolar, pero teniendo en claro su responsabilidad y tareas (Arenas, 2019). Al respecto, Yolanda Baquero López, ex Directora de la Fundación SAFA (Sagrada Familia) de Sevilla-España, indica que, para los directos de la actualidad, es necesario desarrollar ciertas actitudes, entre las que destacan la capacidad de solucionar conflictos, el trabajo en equipo, polivalencia, y sobre todo el liderazgo, ya que considera que, a partir de esta última capacidad, el director puede trabajar y desarrollar el resto de actitudes o capacidades (Éxito Educativo, 2019). Latinoamérica, se encuentra posicionada dentro del tercio inferior según los resultados arrojados en las pruebas realizadas por el Programa Internacional de Evaluación de Estudiantes,

Signed: Date: 2 Abstract This thesis examines Peruvian popular intercultural music fusions and their impact among the white upper classes of Lima, Peru. Often antagonised, essentialised and understudied, Lima’s white upper classes have historically distanced themselves from the city’s migrant Andean/Amazonian population, whilst maintaining a relationship of hegemony. However, in the aftermath of the trauma and mass displacements of the twenty-year internal war (1980-2000) between the State and terrorist groups, certain sectors among the young upper classes have come to question their own social dominance. This study charts how certain aspects of this re-negotiation of identity and social position, and a desire for integration with wider Peruvian society, has been articulated through the medium of fusions musics. In particular, since 2005 fusion music has crystallised into a distinct genre and received a notable boom in popularity.     Are the Neighbors Cheating? Evidence from a Social Norm Experiment on Property Taxes in Peru Lucia Del Carpio∗ First version: November 12, 2013 This version: April 16, 2014 Abstract I study the role of norms on tax compliance through a field experiment on property taxes in Peru. Randomly chosen subsets of residents in two municipalities in the Lima province were informed, through an official letter from the municipality, about the average rate of compliance, the average level of municipal enforcement, or both. A last group was only reminded of the payment deadline. The results of the experiment reveal a more complex response to informa- tion on norms than has previously been documented. They also show that simple nudges can have large and long-lasting effects. Analysis of the administrative data reveals that disclosing information on the level of compliance had a large positive impact on compliance (20% relative to the control group). The payment reminder also raised compliance by 10%, however, an effect that persisted even after the municipality initiated legal proceeding against delinquents. The enforcement treatment did not have a significant effect on compliance net of the reminder effect. The study design also included surveys, conducted both before and after the intervention, in which a subsample of taxpayers was asked about their beliefs concerning the levels of compli- ance and enforcement. Both the norms and the enforcement treatments raised beliefs about compliance as well as about enforcement. Interestingly, the reminder letter also raised beliefs about compliance. To assess quantitatively the impact of norms through different channels, I fit a model in which residents take into account expected monetary penalties from noncompliance, the disutility of tax evasion rises with the fraction of residents who comply, and individuals hold subjective beliefs about the probabilities of both detection and compliance.

The Project is partially financed by an IBRD loan of US$ 45 million and an Inter-American Development Bank loan of the same amount, and supported by a Global Environmental Facility (GEF) grant in the amount of US$ 7.93 million.1 The Request was submitted by residents of the Barranco District of Lima (the Requesters). The Requesters claim they are suffering harm as a result of the “deficiencies and omissions” of the World Bank in the Project design and implementation. They allege particularly that consultations were not carried out, that there are negative environmental impacts, that the environmental assessment (EA) was neither rigorously conducted nor approved by the competent authority and that the Project has caused irreparable harm to the historic district of Barranco. 2. The Panel registered the Request on October 14, 2009 and Management submitted its response on November 12, 2009 (the “Management Response”). 3. Over the years the city grew beyond its walls and extended northwards towards the river, during the Spanish colonial rule, then south-west wards towards Port` Callao when Peru became independent from the Spanish Empire. The walls were torn down towards the end of the of the 19th century to increase the city’s limits. The dissolution of boundaries in 1872, industrialization of the nation in the 1920s and neoliberalist reforms in 1992 enabled the city to grow exponentially during the 20th century. DIVIDED CITY SOCIOECONOMIC LEVELS After the neoliberalist reforms by Fujimori in 1991 to 1994, there was a rapid increase in poverty levels, from 27% in 1985 to 40% in 2000.
