MAINTENANCE: A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all the boys who work so diligently every day to keep our community running smoothly, (clearing the snow, clearing clogged up drains, cutting tree branches off homes, Etc.)

SPEEDING – We here at Wellington, are asking all of you to please help us with the people who are coming in our community and are speeding through it. We would like for everyone to be .

MAIL: If you receive mail that does not belong to you, please write “return to sender “on it and put it in the blue mail box.

TRASH: Whenever we have a Holiday or a snow day, the trash will be picked up the day after your scheduled pick up date is, or if it’s snow, whenever it’s cleared for driving. After your trash is picked up, would you please take the trash can off the side of the road back to the space you keep it on.

DOUBLE PARKING: We have been noticing a lot of parking lately. Our policy here at Wellington states that no one is to be double parked at any time for any length of time.

VANCANT HOMES: We would like everyone to respect the vacant homes in our community, so we are asking you not to park your vehicles or put trash or any other items in areas that are not yours. We also need that space looking nice and neat for potential home buyers.

QUIET TIME - Please be aware that between the hours of 9pm to 7am should be quiet time. That means NO loud noises should be heard during those times.
