 SENTEC (Mint to Win It) was held on 2nd March 2017 at NED Auditorium by SENTEC.

 Recording of TV Show “ Ki Baat” on 8th March 2017 at NED Auditorium by SENTEC in further collaboration with Ajj News & Youth Parliament. The Guests of the Programme was Mr. Faiz Ullah Khorajo (SSP City, NED Alumini), Mr, Mahmood Sham (Senoir Journalist), Brig. Haris Nawaz (Defence Analyst), Dr. Fatima Hassan (Poet/Sr.Writer), Mr. Sohail Wajahit (former Chairman PSO).

 Plant a Tree for a Greener was conducted on 15th to 17th March 2017 at NED Premises by Green Society in further Collaboration with K-Electric.

 Mega Event Spring Festival ’17 was organized on 27th March 2017 at NED Convocation Ground. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Sarosh Hashmat Lodi, Vice Chancellor NED University. All University employees and students shown keen interest and appreciated the efforts of Student Affairs.

 Green Building was conducted on 16th May 2017 at Video Conference Hall of Civil Engineering Department by Green Society.

 Orientation Ceremony of Debating Society was held on 26th May 2017 at Lecture Hall Polymer Department by Debating Society.

NED Students Participation in other Universities and Institutes through Department of Students Affairs

 Perception of Violent Extremism in Karachi (Student Survey) was conducted on 3rd March 2017 at CSA Office by Society for International Education.

 Blood Donation Camp Conducted by Fatimid Foundation on 7th & 8th March 2017 at NED Old VC Building.

 Educational Visit in NED by American College Students was held on 8th March 2017 in various teaching departments.

 PTV Recording of Programme “Tabeer Sa Tameer Tak” was held on 17th March 2017 at PTV Karachi Center in which students of NED University participated.

 PTV Recording of Programme “Pakistan Day” was held on 22nd March 2017 at NED Premises by the Pakistan Television.

 1st Pakistan Marine Academy Bilingual Declamation Contest on Eve of Pakistan Day 2017 was held on 22nd March 2017 at Marine Academy by Pakistan Marine Academy Karachi in which students of NED University participated.

 2nd Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto All Tri-Lingual Declamation Contest 2017 was held on 22nd April 2017 at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, Medical University, Larkana in which students of NED University participated.

 2nd Round of 19th All Pakistan Inter University Declamation Contest for Award of Allama Iqbal Shield was held on 26th April 2017 at Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi by Higher Education Commission in which students of NED University participated.

 All Karachi Inter-University Naat Competition 2017 was held on 10th May 2017 at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi in which students of NED University participated.

 Human Right Education & Sensitization was held on 18th May 2017 at Video Conference Hall of Civil Engineering Department by Ministry of Human Rights, .

 Heat Stroke Awareness Session 2017 was held on 25th May 2017 at NED Auditorium by Governor House Sindh & Elaj Trust.

 Ego & Envy theater play was held on 26th May 2017 at NED Auditorium by NED Photography Society.
