This year’s funding from The Jack Petchey Foundation funded a series of practical workshops and music business lectures in a project called Super Jazz: A Career Path for Young People. After a hugely successful workshop with saxophonist and bandleader Denys Baptiste, the band have continued their weekly rehearsals and have been performing across London in both public concerts and private functions and events.

HMDT’s keep-fit-to-music classes are specifically designed for the over 50s. This class offers suitable dance exercises in a variety of styles, including Line Dancing, Salsa and Merengue.
