The purpose of this Handbook is to acquaint you with Brookline College and provide you with information about working conditions, employee benefits, and policies affecting your employment. Introduction Welcome to Brookline College (or “the College”). The Brookline College handbook incorporates policies and guidelines intended to provide all personnel with information about their rights and obligations as employees. We ask that you read the entire handbook, familiarize yourself with its contents, and use it as a guide when you are unsure about any aspect of your employment. You are encouraged to contact your immediate manager/supervisor or Human Resources department regarding any matter not addressed in this handbook.
